目前，公知的如本申请人在中国申请的实用新型专利，专利号为：CN200920146196.X的一种油井及输油管线加药泵，其公开了柱塞泵总成是直接通过管道连通溢流阀体，其弊端是，药液经柱塞泵总成流入至溢流阀体时，当柱塞上行时，因不同密度的药液致使副泵阀芯关闭的速度有差异，少量的药液会倒流至主泵柱塞套腔内，从而造成吸入量和计量不准。需要进行重新设计，以保障该技术的前瞻性。
发明内容
针对上述问题存在的不足，本实用新型的目的在于，提供一种柱塞泵出口阀。
一种柱塞泵出口阀，其特征在于：在阀体(2)上活动装配有阀芯(4)，其阀芯(4)的上端套装有弹簧(5)，阀体(2)上端嵌入上盖(1)内，与上盖(1)螺纹连接，在阀芯(4)上设置有孔(8)，上盖(1)的一侧设置有出口(7)。
所述的阀体(2)与阀座(3)为一体式铸造结构，在阀座(3)上设置有固定孔(9)。
所述的阀体(2)上设置有密封垫(6)。
本实用新型有结构简单，安装方便，能有效的防止药液倒流。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2所示，一种柱塞泵出口阀，其特征在于：在阀体2上活动装配有阀芯4，其阀芯4的上端套装有弹簧5，在阀体2上还设置有密封垫6，阀体2上端连同密封垫6、阀芯4和弹簧5一起嵌入上盖1内，与上盖1螺纹连接，在阀芯4上设置有孔8。在上盖1的一侧设置有出口7，所述的出口7通过管道连通溢流阀。阀体2与下端设置的阀座3为一体式铸造结构，在阀座3上设置有固定孔9，通过螺栓将阀座3固定在加药装置的连接板上。
阀体2的下端通过管道与柱塞副泵出口连接，药液经柱塞副泵出口流入阀体2的空腔内，顶开阀芯4，压紧弹簧5，药液经阀芯4上的孔8流入上盖1内，弹簧5回位，阀芯4自动关闭，药液经上盖1一侧的出口7流入至溢流阀内，完成传送工作，且不会出现药液倒流的现象。

1.一种柱塞泵出口阀，其特征在于：在阀体(2)上活动装配有阀芯(4)，其阀芯(4)的上端套装有弹簧(5)，阀体(2)上端嵌入上盖(1)内，与上盖(1)螺纹连接，在阀芯(4)上设置有孔(8)，上盖(1)的一侧设置有出口(7)。
