Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种包覆式铅笔，属文化用品类。包括铅笔的笔杆和设置在笔杆内的铅芯，所述的铅芯外表面设置有包覆层，包覆层为圆柱体状，铅芯与包覆层形成整体，包覆层与笔杆内壁粘结连接。本实用新型通过采用在铅芯外表面设置包覆层，改变了传统铅笔笔杆与铅芯直接粘结连接的结构形式，包覆在铅芯外表面的包覆层可以通过二次加工而得到与笔杆的最佳匹配尺寸，铅芯外表面的包覆层增加了铅芯与笔杆之间的接触面积和摩擦力，增大了笔杆和铅芯之间的粘接牢度，铅芯在包覆层的保护下，提高了铅芯的抗剪能力，使铅芯不在笔杆内做相对移动。本实用新型的包覆式铅笔设计合理，结构简单，可以杜绝铅笔的滑芯和断芯现象，同时适用于木杆铅笔、塑料杆铅笔、秸秆铅笔等种类。

本实用新型涉及一种包覆式铅笔，属文化用品类。
背景技术
【中华人民共和国国家标准GBT 26704-2011】之5.7.2‘滑芯’试验：“把试笔垂直放在滑芯测定器的凹槽上，一端铅芯对准顶针，顶针直径应比铅芯直径小0.5mm，顶针上加载荷39.2N，观察铅芯在杆内有无移动”。
铅笔一旦出现‘滑芯’即不能再继续使用。因此，对于一般消费者而言，‘滑芯’是最为严重的铅笔质量事故。2008年中国铅笔协会针对‘滑芯’问题，对国内排名前8位的铅笔生产企业进行过一次随机抽检。结果显示，除甘肃五星铅笔厂的‘滑芯’合格率为99％之外，其余7家的‘滑芯’合格率仅为95-96％。若照此推算：中国每年生产各类铅笔近300亿支，即会产生10亿支以上的铅笔废品。
‘滑芯’的成因涉及现有铅笔的结构及制作工艺和加工设备等多个方面，目前世界上尚没有一种铅笔可以完全杜绝‘滑芯’现象。
现有铅笔的铅芯与笔杆的结构关系存在的缺陷：
1.铅芯是通过笔杆内面上的凹槽直接与笔杆完成粘接的。在实际生产中，笔杆内面上的凹槽尺寸则是根据铅芯的匹配尺寸要求，通过“刨槽机”一次加工成型，不能再做二次加工。由于“刨槽机”的自身存在加工精度问题，使笔杆内面上的凹槽尺寸不可能百分之百的达到与铅芯的最佳匹配尺寸要求。
2.铅芯与笔杆的粘接面积小，且表面光滑、摩擦力小、吸水性差，致使铅芯粘与笔杆的粘接性差。
3.铅芯质脆，抗剪力差。在削笔刀的作用下，铅芯被驱于在铅芯与笔杆之间的间隙内摇动并与笔杆内壁产生碰撞，易出现‘断芯’现象。
发明内容
针对上述存在问题，本实用新型的目的在于提供一种包覆式铅笔。为了实现上述目的，本实用新型的技术解决方案为：
一种包覆式铅笔，包括铅笔的笔杆和设置在笔杆内的铅芯，所述的铅芯外表面设置有包覆层，包覆层呈圆柱体状，铅芯与包覆层形成整体，包覆层与笔杆内壁粘结连接。
所述的包覆层上设置有沿铅芯中心线方向的凹槽。
所述笔杆内壁上设置有沿笔杆中心线方向且与包覆层上凹槽相对应的凸槽。
所述的包覆层为针织品或纸制品材料中的一种。
由于采用了以上技术方案，本实用新型通过采用在铅芯外表面设置包覆层，改变了传统铅笔笔杆与铅芯直接粘结连接的结构形式，设置在铅芯外表面的包覆层可以通过二次加工而得到与笔杆的最佳匹配尺寸，设置在铅芯外表面的包覆层增加了与笔杆之间的接触面积和摩擦力，增大了笔杆和铅芯之间的粘接牢度，铅芯在包覆层的保护下，提高了铅芯的抗剪能力，使铅芯不能在笔杆内做相对移动。
本实用新型的包覆式铅笔设计合理，结构简单，可以杜绝铅笔的滑芯和断芯现象，同时适用于木杆铅笔、塑料杆铅笔、秸秆铅笔等种类。本实用新型的应用，易掌握。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步详细描述：
见附图，一种包覆式铅笔，包括铅笔的笔杆1和设置在笔杆1内的铅芯3，所述的铅芯3外表面设置有包覆层2，铅芯3与包覆层2形成整体，包覆层2是将浸有粘合剂的针织品或纸制品材料中的一种紧贴铅芯的外表面依次缠绕形成铅芯包覆层2，包覆层2的厚度为1mm呈圆柱体状，待粘合剂彻底干燥后，按照与铅芯的最佳匹配尺寸要求对包覆层2进行打磨，即得到包覆式铅芯，在加工好的笔杆木件上加工出正半圆形的凹槽，凹槽直径大于铅芯包覆层的外圆直径尺寸，在笔杆木件有凹槽面均匀涂抹粘合剂，将包覆式铅芯置放于凹槽中与另一块有凹槽的笔杆木件进行粘接，包覆层2与笔杆1内壁粘结连接。待粘合剂彻底干燥后即得到包覆式铅笔的坯笔，将包覆式铅笔的坯笔笔杆外形加工成为圆形或六边形或三角形，对加工好外形的笔杆作表层处理，整形、印标识、包装等。
为了更好的加强笔杆1与包覆式铅芯之间的固定性，在包覆层2上设置有沿铅芯3中心线方向的凹槽4，在笔杆1内壁上设置有沿笔杆1中心线方向且与包覆层2上凹槽4相对应的凸槽。笔杆1和包覆式铅芯连接时，包覆层2上凹槽4和笔杆1的凸槽相互啮合。

1.一种包覆式铅笔，包括铅笔的笔杆(1)和设置在笔杆(1)内的铅芯(3)，其特征在于：所述的铅芯(3)外表面设置有包覆层(2)，铅芯(3)与包覆层(2)形成整体，包覆层(2)呈圆柱体状，包覆层(2)与笔杆(1)内壁粘结连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种包覆式铅笔，其特征在于：所述的包覆层(2)上设置有沿铅芯(3)中心线方向的凹槽(4)。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种包覆式铅笔，其特征在于：所述笔杆(1)内壁上设置有沿笔杆(1)中心线方向且与包覆层(2)上凹槽相对应的凸槽。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种包覆式铅笔，其特征在于：所述的包覆层(2)为针织品或纸制品材料中的一种。
