本实用新型涉及中速钢轨探伤设备中的一种,机构简单,方便应用的探轮安装及零度探头信号调节机构。
背景技术
     国内现有的钢轨探伤设备中,探轮的安装比较繁琐,拆下的探轮没有稳定的支架固定,零度探头信号的调节需要动用很多工具,调节效率低下。本专利针对探轮的安装及零度信号的调节方面,自主研发出该套机构。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是改变传统探轮零度探头的调节方式,更加省时省力,为探轮的日常维护提供便利。
    本实用新型的主要技术特点在于:由支架、蜗杆架、蜗轮、蜗杆、手柄、夹紧块、T型滑块和探轮主体构成,其探轮主体上方安装一支架,支架顶端固定一T型滑块,支架下端与探轮主体两侧连接处均设置一夹紧板、一蜗杆支架,其蜗杆支架内侧安装一蜗杆,蜗杆上方安装一蜗轮,蜗轮固定在探轮主体上,其蜗杆左侧安装一手柄,手柄穿过蜗杆固定在蜗杆支架上。
本实用新型的有益效果为:结构简单,方便应用,提高了探伤工作前校准的效率,保证探伤的可靠性,提高了生产效率、提高探伤设备的性价比。

下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本实用新型作进一步详细说明
    探轮安装支架及零度探头信号调节机构,由支架1、蜗杆架2、蜗轮3、蜗杆4、手柄5、夹紧块6、T型滑块7和探轮主体8构成,其探轮主体8上方安装一支架1,支架1顶端固定一T型滑块7,支架1下端与探轮主体8两侧连接处均设置一夹紧板6、一蜗杆支架2,其蜗杆支架2内侧安装一蜗杆4,蜗杆4上方安装一蜗轮3,蜗轮3固定在探轮主体8上,其蜗杆4左侧安装一手柄5,手柄5穿过蜗杆4固定在蜗杆支架2上。
1)探轮安装支架
探轮安装支架由7T型滑块、1支架、2蜗杆支架和6夹紧块组成,支架安装完成后,可整体与金属探伤软接触集成换能器相连接。
2)零度探头调节机构
       该机构由3蜗轮、4蜗杆、5手柄和2蜗杆支架组成。
松开螺丝后,即可旋动5手柄,对零度探头的信号进行调节,至最佳状态时,锁紧螺丝即可。

1.探轮安装支架及零度探头信号调节机构,其特征在于:由支架(1)、蜗杆架(2)、蜗轮(3)、蜗杆(4)、手柄(5)、夹紧块(6)、T型滑块(7)和探轮主体(8)构成,其探轮主体(8)上方安装一支架(1),支架(1)顶端固定一T型滑块(7),支架(1)下端与探轮主体(8)两侧连接处均设置一夹紧板(6)、一蜗杆支架(2),其蜗杆支架(2)内侧安装一蜗杆(4),蜗杆(4)上方安装一蜗轮(3),蜗轮(3)固定在探轮主体(8)上,其蜗杆(4)左侧安装一手柄(5),手柄(5)穿过蜗杆(4)固定在蜗杆支架(2)上。
