背景技术
现有的矿井扒渣机具有行走、挖掘采集、输送、装车四种功能，是矿山企业必不可少的先进采矿设备，是人工和其它机械的替代产品。但当渣料较大块时，还需单独设置破碎机，同时需要将需要破碎的渣料运到堆放场地，然后用挖掘机、铲车等将需要破碎的渣料送到破碎机中，不但增加了工作量、而且还增加了人力物力，提高了生产成本。
发明内容
为了克服已有扒渣机不能进行粉碎、生产成本较高的不足，本实用新型提供一种生产成本较低、工作效率较高的带破碎装置的扒渣机。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：
一种带破碎装置的扒渣机，包括车架，所述车架上设置有动力驱动装置、行走装置、挖掘装置和输送装置，所述输送装置包括进料斗，所述进料斗的出料端设置有第一物料输送带，所述扒渣机还包括破碎装置，所述破碎装置的进料口位于所述第一物料输送带的出料端的下方，所述破碎装置的出料口位于用以将渣料输送到货运装置上的第二物料输送带的上方。
本实用新型的有益效果主要表现在：在扒渣机上设置有破碎装置，提高了工作效率、降低了生产成本，同时有利于采集的渣料均匀，便于分类利用。

参照图1，一种带破碎装置的扒渣机，包括车架1，所述车架1上设置有动力驱动装置2、行走装置3、挖掘装置和输送装置，所述输送装置包括进料斗51，所述进料斗51的出料端设置有第一物料输送带52，所述扒渣机还包括破碎装置6，所述破碎装置6的进料口位于所述第一物料输送带52的出料端的下方，所述破碎装置6的出料口位于用以将渣料输送到货运装置上的第二物料输送带53的上方。
本实施例中，所述挖掘装置包括机械手41和伸缩臂42，所述伸缩臂42的前端连接所述机械手41，所述伸缩臂42的后端连接在所述车架1上，所述车架1上还设置有用以供驾驶员进行各种操作的操作室7。
本实用新型的操作过程：驾驶员通过操作室7内的操作杆操纵机械手41工作，当机械手41将渣料收集到进料斗51内，进料斗51通过第一物料输送带52将渣料输送到破碎装置6内，通过破碎装置6将渣料破碎，破碎过的渣料从破碎装置6的出料口出来，再通过第二物料输送带53将破碎过的渣料输送到货运装置上，将渣料运到指定的地点。

1.一种带破碎装置的扒渣机，包括车架，所述车架上设置有动力驱动装置、行走装置、挖掘装置和输送装置，所述输送装置包括进料斗，所述进料斗的出料端设置有第一物料输送带，其特征在于：所述扒渣机还包括破碎装置，所述破碎装置的进料口位于所述第一物料输送带的出料端的下方，所述破碎装置的出料口位于用以将渣料输送到货运装置上的第二物料输送带的上方。
