Abstract
本实用新型公开一种仿真木材，包括：中空的仿真木材外层和填充在所述外层内的内层，且构成所述外层的材质的密度大于构成所述内层的材质密度。本实用新型的仿真木材在外层的选材上沿用了重质材料，具备了极好的仿真效果；且在外层内部填充轻质的内层，使得仿真木材整体的重量减轻，便于运输，减少运输成本。

本实用新型涉及一种仿真木材。
背景技术
现有市场上的仿真木材主要有两种，一种为轻质木材，另一种为重质木材。其中，轻质木材的优点为质量较轻，运输方便，但该轻质仿真木材的仿真效果不好，不像真的木材；重质木材的优点在于仿真效果极佳，完成后与真的木材相似，但是质量比较重，不利于运输，并增加了运输成本。
实用新型内容
由于现有技术存在着上述问题，本实用新型提出一种仿真木材，其可以有效的解决现有技术中存在的问题。
本实用新型通过以下技术方案解决上述问题：
一种仿真木材，包括：中空的仿真木材外层和填充在所述外层内的内层，且构成所述外层的材质的密度大于构成所述内层的材质密度。
所述内层由玻璃纤维和/或碳纤维构成，且所述内层的外表面包裹一层固化物质。
所述固化物质为硅溶胶。
所述外层由水泥混合物制成。
本实用新型的仿真木材在外层的选材上沿用了重质材料，具备了极好的仿真效果；且在外层内部填充轻质的内层，使得仿真木材整体的重量减轻，便于运输，减少运输成本。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式，详细描述本实用新型。
参见图1所示，图1是本实用新型实施例的截面图。
本实施例中的仿真木材，包括：中空的仿真木材外层1和填充在所述外层内的内层2，且构成所述外层1的材质的密度大于构成所述内层2的材质密度。这样在确保仿真的木材具备外层的极佳仿真度的同时也可使得整体的质量大大减轻，方便搬运。
其中，所述内层由玻璃纤维和/或碳纤维构成，且所述内层的外表面包裹一层固化物质。固化物质将玻璃纤维和/或碳纤维粘结成整体，不会到处散落。
所述外层由水泥混合物制成。水泥混合物质量较重，制作完成后具有极佳的仿真效果。
本实用新型还公开了仿真木材的制备方法，包括如下步骤：
第一步，真空吸塑，制作内层：制作吸塑内层的模具，将构成内层的材料真空吸塑，吸塑完成后浸入固化物质(硅溶胶)中，待固化物质干燥固化后形成固化物质层3，如图2所示；
第二步，制作形成外层的模具：选用母材，可选用真实的木头，将硅胶涂抹于母材的外围，带硅胶干燥后取出母材，形成具有母材形状的空腔模具4，如图3所示；
第三步，制作仿真木材：将水泥、石头等混合成水泥混合物，将水泥混合物注入到具有母材形状的空腔模具中，如图4所示，接着把所述第一步中得到的内层放入还是液态的水泥混合物中并加以固定，如图5所示，待水泥固化后将所述具有母材形状的空腔模具脱离，即形成仿真木材，如图1所示。
其中，所述母材为真的木头，这样制作出来的外层才更具真实性。

1.一种仿真木材，其特征在于，包括：中空的仿真木材外层和填充在所述外层内的内层，且构成所述外层的材质的密度大于构成所述内层的材质密度。
2.根据权利要求1所述的仿真木材，其特征在于：所述内层由玻璃纤维和/或碳纤维构成，且所述内层的外表面包裹一层固化物质。
3.根据权利要求2所述的仿真木材，其特征在于：所述固化物质为硅溶胶。
4.根据权利要求1所述的仿真木材，其特征在于：所述外层由水泥混合物制成。
