本实用新型涉及一种支撑架，尤其是一种新型葡萄支撑架。
背景技术
目前市面上，葡萄园大棚内的支撑架一般是木质结构或水泥制成，但木质结构的支撑架在长时间使用后便会出现腐烂的现象，从而存在使用寿命短和支撑强度不够的缺点；而水泥制成的支撑架则存在使用成本高的缺点。
针对以上问题，急需我们解决。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的不足，提供一种使用寿命长、支撑强度好和使用成本低的新型葡萄支撑架。
为了达到上述目的，本实用新型所设计的一种新型葡萄支撑架，它由内层和外层构成；内层为EPS发泡板，且EPS发泡板的横截面呈矩形，在EPS发泡板的中心还设有通孔；在内层长度方向的外侧包覆有外层，外层由辅料层和仿木柔性水泥层构成，辅料层为EPS挤塑板，且辅料层与仿木柔性水泥层粘结成一体；EPS发泡板与辅料层粘结成一体。 
作为优选，EPS发泡板的中心设有的通孔的形状呈矩形、三角形、圆形或其他几何图形。
根据以上所述，本实用新型所设计的一种新型葡萄支撑架，通过该独特的设计，使得承载能力更好，且使用成本低。因此，它具有结构简单、使用方便和设计合理等特点。

如图1所示，本实施例描述的一种新型葡萄支撑架，它由内层1和外层构成；内层1为EPS发泡板，且EPS发泡板的横截面呈矩形，在EPS发泡板的中心还设有通孔2，通孔2的横截面也呈矩形；在内层1长度方向的外侧包覆有外层，外层由辅料层3和仿木柔性水泥层4构成，辅料层3为EPS挤塑板，且辅料层3与仿木柔性水泥层4粘结成一体；EPS发泡板与辅料层3粘结成一体。

1.一种新型葡萄支撑架，其特征在于：它由内层和外层构成；内层为EPS发泡板，且EPS发泡板的横截面呈矩形，在EPS发泡板的中心还设有通孔；在内层长度方向的外侧包覆有外层，外层由辅料层和仿木柔性水泥层构成，辅料层为EPS挤塑板，且辅料层与仿木柔性水泥层粘结成一体；EPS发泡板与辅料层粘结成一体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型葡萄支撑架，其特征在于：EPS发泡板的中心设有的通孔的形状呈矩形、三角形、圆形或其他几何图形。
