现有防触电技术中，在不用电的情况下，用塑料插销插入电线插座的插孔内，其上光洁面极易使插销脱出孔外，插座的插孔处于开放状态，在用电的情况下，儿童极易去把玩插头，致使插头的插片裸露外面，均易引发触电事故。
发明内容
本发明目的是：提供一种电线插座防触电装置，实现在插头插入电线插座以及插头不插入插座，均使插座处于防触电安全状态。
为完成上述发明目的，本实用新型是这样实现的：一种安全插座，它包括接线底盒、金属插片及底板，所述的金属插片安装于接线底盒内，底板盖于接线底盒表面，所述的底板上设有对应于金属插片的插孔；其特征在于：在底板设有转动挡片，该挡片上设有与底板上插孔对应的挡片插孔；在挡片中心设有转轴，所述的转轴上设有回位卷簧，在底板上设有转动滑轨，所述的转动滑轨与转动挡片背后的卡扣相对配合。在所述的挡片上设有面罩。
在使用时，挡片的起始位置是挡片插孔与底板上的插孔相互错位；人们先将插头的孔对准挡片上的插孔，然后转动挡片，直到掉头 的插针落入插孔中。
