为了达到本实用新型的目的，本实用新型所采用的技术方案是：由芯棒、滚轮、弹簧、导电板、插座盖、插口组成，其特征是芯棒上装有滚轮，滚轮边留有导电板，导电板后留有弹簧，弹簧上留有插座盖，插座盖上留有插口，使用有时将插头插入，滚轮进行转动将面摩擦改为滚动摩擦。
