技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种油分。
背景技术
油分的作用是将制冷压缩机排出的高压蒸汽中的润滑油进行分离，以保证装置安全高效地运行。根据降低气流速度和改变气流方向的分油原理，使高压蒸汽中的油粒在重力作用下得以分离。但目前市场上所使用的油分不能拆卸，一旦出现故障只能打开上端盖，如果是筒体底部出现故障便不能马上维修，从而造成维修不便。且目前的油分其筒体内的浮球都是不固定可移动的，浮球长期撞击挡板会影响挡板正常使用。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种油分，其结构简单，使用方便，可拆卸的上盖体、下盖体便于维修，浮球推杆的设置有效避免了浮球长期撞击挡板影响挡板的正常使用，从而提高了油分的实用性能。

一种油分，包括筒体，所述筒体上分别活动安装有上盖体、下盖体，所述上盖体上分别安装有输入管、输出管、回流管，所述筒体内安装有挡板，所述挡板与下盖体之间的筒体内安装有浮球；所述回流管与阀块相连，所述阀块与摇臂连杆相连，所述阀块内安装有阀针，所述阀针与摇臂连杆相连；所述挡板上安装有浮球推杆。
所述输入管上安装有第一过滤网，所述输出管上安装有第二过滤网。
所述挡板上分别安装有两个浮球推杆，所述两个浮球推杆延长线的夹角为60°。
所述浮球推杆上安装有柔性挡板。
所述回流管上安装有螺纹接头。
所述阀块通过销棒与摇臂连杆相连。
本实用新型的有益效果是：一种油分，其结构简单，使用方便，可拆卸的上盖体、下盖体便于维修，浮球推杆的设置有效避免了浮球长期撞击挡板影响挡板的正常使用，从而提高了油分的实用性能。

如图1所示一种油分，包括筒体1，所述筒体1上分别活动安装有上盖体2、下盖体3。筒体1与上盖体2、下盖体3的活动相连便于对筒体1的维修。所述上盖体2上分别安装有输入管4、输出管5、回流管6，所述筒体1内安装有挡板7，所述挡板7与下盖体3之间的筒体1内安装有浮球8。所述回流管6与阀块9相连，所述阀块9通过销棒17与摇臂连杆10相连。所述阀块9内安装有阀针11，所述阀针11与摇臂连杆10相连。所述输入管4上安装有第一过滤网13，所述输出管5上安装有第二过滤网14。所述回流管6上安装有螺纹接头16。
所述挡板7上分别安装有两个浮球推杆12，所述两个浮球推杆12延长线的夹角为ɑ，ɑ为60°。所述浮球推杆12上安装有柔性挡板15。浮球推杆12和柔性挡板15的配合使用有效避免了浮球8长期撞击挡板影响挡板7的正常使用，从而提高了油分的实用性能。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种油分，其特征在于：所述输入管（4）上安装有第一过滤网（13），所述输出管（5）上安装有第二过滤网（14）。
