煤炭企业广泛使用皮带，用来运送煤炭。大量的废旧皮带都浪费了。偶尔利用废旧皮带，也都是手工切割，不但费时费力，产品误差大，也不美观。

为了克服现有技术的缺点，本实用新型提供一种皮带垫圈切割装置，它结构简单，省时省力。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是：横杆的中心上端焊接顶尖柄，顶尖柄内紧固顶尖，顶尖向下间隙地穿过横杆，横杆上通过左、右滑套螺钉分别固定左、右滑套，左、右滑套上分别焊接左、右刀块，左、右刀块的竖槽内通过左、右刀块螺钉分别固定左、右切隔刀，左、右切隔刀距顶尖的水平距离不同。
本实用新型具有下列优点：1)、结构简单，成本低；2)、使用灵活方便，省时省力；3)、误差小，美观耐用。

具体实施方式
如图1、2所示，横杆8的中心上端焊接顶尖柄9，顶尖柄9内紧固顶尖6，顶尖6向下间隙地穿过横杆8，横杆8上通过左、右滑套螺钉3、13分别固定左、右滑套2、12，左、右滑套2、12上分别焊接左、右刀块1、11，左、右刀块1、11的竖槽内通过左、右刀块螺钉4、14分别固定左、右切隔刀5、15，左、右切隔刀5、15距顶尖6的水平距离不同。
所述顶尖柄9的壁上有卸顶尖槽10。以便拆卸顶尖6。
所述的顶尖柄9内通过套筒7紧固顶尖6。
使用时，将顶尖柄9固定在摇臂钻床的主轴上，固顶尖6顶在废旧皮带待加工垫圈的中心，调整左、右切隔刀5、15的上下左右位置，启动摇臂钻床的主轴旋转即可。
