本实用新型涉及一种瓶盖方位整理输送装置。
背景技术：
目前，随着药品使用的增多，瓶盖的使用也逐渐增多，以往瓶盖与瓶体的安装过程大多为人工，这样就造成效率低下。而机械化安装过程需要瓶盖在输出时，瓶盖口朝下，而目前采用的机械设备无法实现。
发明内容：
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种瓶盖方位整理输送装置，该瓶盖方位整理输送装置结构简单、设计合理，有利于调整瓶盖的正放。
本实用新型瓶盖方位整理输送装置，其特征在于：包括具有瓶盖进料口、出料口的圆柱形振动盘和设在振动盘内壁面上自下而上的螺旋通道，所述瓶盖进料口位于螺旋通道的底部，所述瓶盖出料口位于螺旋通道的上部，在瓶盖出料口上连接有由两根以上钢丝构成的下滑轨道，所述下滑轨道的中段上设有滑出缺口，在滑出缺口下方设有承接盘，所述承接盘正对瓶盖进料口。
进一步的，上述圆柱形振动盘及螺旋通道均由不锈钢材料制成，所述圆柱形振动盘底部连接有一个振动电机。
本实用新型瓶盖方位整理输送装置的工作原理：药瓶盖从圆柱形振动盘的瓶盖进料口进入，在不断振动后通过螺旋通道自下而上渐渐爬升，从瓶盖出料口输出到下滑轨道，当瓶盖正放即通过下滑轨道输出。
本实用新型瓶盖方位整理输送装置结构简单、设计合理，有利于调整瓶盖的正放。

具体实施方式：
本实用新型瓶盖方位整理输送装置，包括具有瓶盖进料口1、出料口2的圆柱形振动盘3和设在振动盘3内壁面上自下而上的螺旋通道4，所述瓶盖进料口1位于螺旋通道的底部，所述瓶盖出料口2位于螺旋通道的上部，在瓶盖出料口上连接有由两根以上钢丝构成的下滑轨道5，所述下滑轨道的中段上设有滑出缺口6，在滑出缺口下方设有承接盘7，所述承接盘7正对瓶盖进料口。
螺旋通道4每上升高度5厘米，其螺旋通道4的宽度即缩小0.5厘米，因此到出料口2处仅仅能容纳一个瓶盖K通过。
承接盘7正对着进料口1，且其往进料口1倾斜20度，有个倾斜，有利于进入进料口1。
上述瓶盖为喷雾类药品的瓶盖，其下部具有抽吸软管，在下滑轨道5的整个轨道均由3-4根不锈钢条围编而成，在滑出缺口6位置仅有两根不锈钢条，从而使正放的瓶盖可以被不锈钢条所支撑，而倒放的即落下到承接盘7，承接盘7承接的瓶盖又重新回到瓶盖进料口1重新进行循环。
进一步的，上述圆柱形振动盘及螺旋通道均由不锈钢材料制成，所述圆柱形振动盘底部连接有一个振动电机。
本实用新型瓶盖方位整理输送装置的工作原理：药瓶盖从圆柱形振动盘的瓶盖进料口进入，在不断振动后通过螺旋通道自下而上渐渐爬升，从瓶盖出料口输出到下滑轨道，当瓶盖正放即通过下滑轨道输出。
本实用新型瓶盖方位整理输送装置结构简单、设计合理，有利于调整瓶盖的正放。

1.一种瓶盖方位整理输送装置，其特征在于：包括具有瓶盖进料口、出料口的圆柱形振动盘和设在振动盘内壁面上自下而上的螺旋通道，所述瓶盖进料口位于螺旋通道的底部，所述瓶盖出料口位于螺旋通道的上部，在瓶盖出料口上连接有由两根以上钢丝构成的下滑轨道，所述下滑轨道的中段上设有滑出缺口，在滑出缺口下方设有承接盘，所述承接盘正对瓶盖进料口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的瓶盖方位整理输送装置，其特征在于：所述圆柱形振动盘及螺旋通道均由不锈钢材料制成，所述圆柱形振动盘底部连接有一个振动电机。
