一种电机定子电极隔离绝缘保护套,在圆环形橡胶罩的圆周侧面有进线口,上面有沿外圆周的圆环形凹槽,凹槽外槽边的高度大于内槽边的高度,凹槽内均布由十八个径向隔板隔离成的十八个电极腔,进线口连有左、中、右三个电极腔,中、右两个电极腔的内、外槽边高度相等并且小于上述内槽边的高度,左电极腔的外槽边高度等于上述内槽边的高度,中、右两个电极腔间的径向隔板的高度等于其内、外槽边的高度,其余的径向隔板的高度与上述内槽边的高度相同。本实用新型有沿圆周均布的十八个电极腔,使用时,罩在电动汽车电机壳体内定子一端,把十八个电极头隔离开,让十八个电极头之间、十八个电极头与电动汽车电机的壳体和端盖之间很好地隔离绝缘。

电动汽车电机有壳体,壳体内有定子和转子,电动汽车电机壳体内定子的一端沿圆周均布有十八个电极头,壳体的该端连有端盖,在壳体和端盖之间有进线口,进线口嵌有扁方块形三孔线束架。
为了防止电动汽车电机壳体内定子一端的十八个电极头之间互相放电而发生短路现象,十八个电极头之间应当保证互相隔离和绝缘,十八个电极头与电动汽车电机的壳体和端盖之间也应当保证互相绝缘。
为了十八个电极头之间互相隔离和绝缘,现有技术中,是在电动汽车电机壳体内定子一端的十八个电极头上涂有绝缘漆,十八个电极头之间、十八个电极头与电动汽车电机的壳体和端盖之间因绝缘漆而互相隔离和绝缘,绝缘漆强度低,隔离和绝缘和性能不是很高,一旦绝缘漆破损就造成电机报废。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为了克服上述不足,提出一种使电动汽车电机壳体内定子一端的十八个电极头之间、十八个电极头与电动汽车电机的壳体和端盖之间隔离绝缘的性能较高的电机定子电极隔离绝缘保护套。
本实用新型是用如下方法实现的。
电机定子电极隔离绝缘保护套有圆环形橡胶罩,圆环形橡胶罩的圆周侧面有进线口,圆环形橡胶罩的上面有沿外圆周的圆环形凹槽,圆环形凹槽的外槽边的高度大于内槽边的高度,圆环形凹槽内均布由十八个径向隔板隔离成的十八个电极腔,进线口连有左、中、右三个电极腔,中、右两个电极腔的内、外槽边高度相等并且小于上述内槽边的高度,左电极腔的外槽边高度等于上述内槽边的高度,中、右两个电极腔间的径向隔板的高度等于其内、外槽边的高度,其余的径向隔板的高度与上述内槽边的高度相同。
本实用新型有沿圆周均布的由十八个径向隔板隔离成的十八个电极腔,使用时,可罩在电动汽车电机壳体内定子一端,把定子一端的十八个电极头隔离开,让电动汽车电机壳体内定子一端的十八个电极头之间、十八个电极头与电动汽车电机的壳体和端盖之间很好地隔离绝缘,隔离绝缘的性能较高,如与绝缘漆配合使用具有双重绝缘作用。

图1~图4中,电机定子电极隔离绝缘保护套有圆环形橡胶罩1,圆环形橡胶罩的圆周侧面有进线口2,圆环形橡胶罩的上面有沿外圆周的圆环形凹槽3,圆环形凹槽的外槽边4的高度大于内槽边5的高度,圆环形凹槽内均布由十八个径向隔板6隔离成的十八个电极腔7,进线口连有左、中、右三个电极腔8、9、10,中、右两个电极腔的内、外槽边11、12高度相等并且小于上述内槽边的高度,左电极腔的外槽边13高度等于上述内槽边的高度,中、右两个电极腔间的径向隔板14的高度等于其内、外槽边11、12的高度,其余的径向隔板的高度与上述内槽边的高度相同。

1.一种电机定子电极隔离绝缘保护套,其特征在于:有圆环形橡胶罩,圆环形橡胶罩的圆周侧面有进线口,圆环形橡胶罩的上面有沿外圆周的圆环形凹槽,圆环形凹槽的外槽边的高度大于内槽边的高度,圆环形凹槽内均布由十八个径向隔板隔离成的十八个电极腔,进线口连有左、中、右三个电极腔,中、右两个电极腔的内、外槽边高度相等并且小于上述内槽边的高度,左电极腔的外槽边高度等于上述内槽边的高度,中、右两个电极腔间的径向隔板的高度等于其内、外槽边的高度,其余的径向隔板的高度与上述内槽边的高度相同。
