背景技术
目前市场上的数据线,充电线等线缆头,多采用端头3连接较厚的过渡层2、然后直接连接线缆1方式,如说明书附图中图1所示。这种造线方式,极易使线缆1在与较厚的过渡层2连接处断开,而导致线缆头不能使用。而且由于过渡层2极短,想要剥开包层把线重新连接上比较困难。若延长较厚的过渡层2,会消耗较多的包装皮,增加生产成本。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提供一种防断线缆头,改变现有的过渡层到线缆的骤然变细连接结构,为逐渐变细结构。使得线缆头包皮的分布分散开来,延长线缆的包裹长度,使其分布更合理,达到让线缆不易断裂的目的。
本实用新型采取的技术方案为:一种防断线缆头,端头通过过渡层连接线缆,所述过渡层为渐变细层:过渡层的首端到末端的横截面直径逐渐变小,过渡层首端连接端头,过渡层末端连接线缆。
所述过渡层为圆台状或者圆锥状。
