一种防断线缆头，端头通过过渡层连接线缆，所述过渡层为渐变细层：过渡层的首端到末端的横截面直径逐渐变小，过渡层首端连接端头，过渡层末端连接线缆。本实用新型一种防断线缆头，不改变现有线缆头结构，延长了过渡层包裹线缆的长度，使线缆更不易断，且不会增加成本。即便断裂，由于过渡层长度增加，再次连接会很容易。

本实用新型涉及一种线缆头，特别是一种防断线缆头。
背景技术
目前市场上的数据线，充电线等线缆头，多采用端头3连接较厚的过渡层2、然后直接连接线缆1方式，如说明书附图中图1所示。这种造线方式，极易使线缆1在与较厚的过渡层2连接处断开，而导致线缆头不能使用。而且由于过渡层2极短，想要剥开包层把线重新连接上比较困难。若延长较厚的过渡层2，会消耗较多的包装皮，增加生产成本。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型提供一种防断线缆头，改变现有的过渡层到线缆的骤然变细连接结构，为逐渐变细结构。使得线缆头包皮的分布分散开来，延长线缆的包裹长度，使其分布更合理，达到让线缆不易断裂的目的。
本实用新型采取的技术方案为：一种防断线缆头，端头通过过渡层连接线缆，所述过渡层为渐变细层：过渡层的首端到末端的横截面直径逐渐变小，过渡层首端连接端头，过渡层末端连接线缆。
所述过渡层为圆台状或者圆锥状。

如图2、图3所示，一种防断线缆头，端头3通过过渡层2连接线缆1，所述过渡层2为渐变细层：过渡层2的首端到末端的横截面直径逐渐变小，过渡层2首端连接端头3，过渡层2末端连接线缆1。所述过渡层2为圆台状或者圆锥状。
