本实用新型涉及一种调速阀,包括壳体、阀体、阀芯、调节杆和旋帽,阀体连接在壳体上,阀芯设置在阀体一端内部,调节杆螺纹连接在阀体另一端内,调节杆尾部与旋帽固定连接,调节杆顶端为锥面,调节杆顶端穿置在阀芯内构成间隙配合,所述调节杆的尾部在旋帽内侧设置有定位帽,定位帽螺纹连接在调节杆上。本实用新型在调节杆上加装了一个定位帽,起到定位的作用,在转动旋帽调节调节杆时,由于定位帽的位置不会变动,下次仍旧能回到该位置,达到复位的作用,保证流量的相同,提高调节精度。

本实用新型涉及一种调速阀。
背景技术
调速阀是通过改变节流截面或节流长度以控制流体流量的阀门,在压力降极大的情况下作降低介质压力之用。现有的调速阀通常采用调节杆与阀芯的间隙配合来实现控制流量,由于调节杆上不具有刻度,不能定量的调节流量,只能根据出口的流量来大致的调节,调节精度不高,也不能指示调节杆的原始位置,在调节后回到原始位置来达到与之前相同的流量。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种能固定调节位置的调速阀。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用一种调速阀,包括壳体、阀体、阀芯、调节杆和旋帽,阀体连接在壳体上,阀芯设置在阀体一端内部,调节杆螺纹连接在阀体另一端内,调节杆尾部与旋帽固定连接,调节杆顶端为锥面,调节杆顶端穿置在阀芯内构成间隙配合,所述调节杆的尾部在旋帽内侧设置有定位帽,定位帽螺纹连接在调节杆上。
本实用新型进一步设置为所述阀芯与阀体之间设置有保护架,保护架与阀芯之间设置异型圈。
本实用新型的有益效果是:调速阀采用圆锥流线型的调节杆与阀芯之间形成间隙配合,通过调节杆的位置改变通道截面积而达到调节流量和压力。本实用新型在调节杆上加装了一个定位帽,起到定位的作用,在转动旋帽调节调节杆时,由于定位帽的位置不会变动,下次仍旧能回到该位置,达到复位的作用,保证流量的相同,提高调节精度。

如图1所示,本实用新型的具体实施例是一种调速阀,包括壳体1、阀体2、阀芯3、调节杆4和旋帽41,壳体1上形成出气口11,阀体2连接在壳体1上,阀体2一端形成进气口21,出气口11与进气口21相互垂直,阀芯3设置在阀体2进气口21一端的内部,阀芯3与阀体2之间设置有保护架31,保护架31与阀芯3之间设置异型圈32,调节杆4螺纹连接在阀体2的另一端内,调节杆4尾部与旋帽41固定连接,调节杆4顶端为圆锥流线型,调节杆4顶端穿置在阀芯3内构成间隙配合,调节杆4的尾部在旋帽41内侧设置有定位帽42,定位帽42螺纹连接在调节杆4上。

1.一种调速阀,包括壳体、阀体、阀芯、调节杆和旋帽,阀体连接在壳体上,阀芯设置在阀体一端内部,调节杆螺纹连接在阀体另一端内,调节杆尾部与旋帽固定连接,调节杆顶端为锥面,调节杆顶端穿置在阀芯内构成间隙配合,其特征在于:所述调节杆的尾部在旋帽内侧设置有定位帽,定位帽螺纹连接在调节杆上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的调速阀,其特征在于:所述阀芯与阀体之间设置有保护架,保护架与阀芯之间设置异型圈。
