本实用新型涉及一种建筑墙体结构,具体涉及一种滴水线条保温节点构造。
背景技术
伴随着国家对节能减排工作的快速推进和建筑节能事业的迅猛发展,新建建筑和既有建筑的外墙外保温设计也势在必行。然而外墙外保温行业在国内发展较晚,至今越有20多年的工程经验,从而在设计上存在许多缺陷和不足。
起源于20世纪90年代的德国的被动式建筑在我国建筑行业中得到宣传和推广,而对于外墙保温行业,传统的保温节点设计已不能满足被动房的设计要求,因此更多的被动式建筑设计应运而生。
例如窗顶部保温施工设计均没有考虑到雨雪天气对墙面及窗面的保护。现在的许多图纸设计中将窗口上部或外凸的节点通过在保温层上切割鹰嘴的方式达到防污的效果,但在实际施工中较为复杂,通过人工切割的施工方式,较易产生鹰嘴尺寸不统一或坡度较小的情况,既影响了鹰嘴的防污效果,增加生活成本,也难以达到较好的美观效果。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是针对现有技术存在的缺陷,提供一种结构简单,设计合理,施工方便,且较好的改善窗口顶部的防污效果,防止雨水渗入窗内,有效防止雨水的侵蚀,从而延长了保温层的使用寿命,且不影响美观程度的滴水线条保温节点构造。
其技术方案是:滴水线条保温节点构造,包括设置在窗框和基层墙体外表面的保温层,所述保温层与窗框和基层墙体的形状相适配,所述保温层包括由基层墙体向外固定连接的粘结剂、保温板、耐碱玻纤网格布、防护面层砂浆和饰面层,所述耐碱玻纤网格布的外侧设有滴水线条,所述滴水线条位于保温层的下角处。
所述滴水线条伸出保温板向下垂直延伸使防护面层砂浆和饰面层形成鹰嘴状结构。
所述保温板包括内层保温板和外层保温板,所述内层保温板和外层保温板按交错互锁方式排列。
本实用新型与现有技术相比较,具有以下优点:结构简单,设计合理,施工方便,且较好的改善窗口顶部的防污效果,防止雨水渗入窗内,有效防止雨水的侵蚀,从而延长了保温层的使用寿命,且不影响美观程度。

具体实施方式
参照图1,滴水线条保温节点构造,包括设置在窗框1和基层墙体2外表面的保温层,所述保温层与窗框1和基层墙体2的形状相适配,所述保温层包括由基层墙体2向外固定连接的粘结剂3、保温板4、耐碱玻纤网格布5、防护面层砂浆6和饰面层7,所述耐碱玻纤网格布5的外侧设有滴水线条8,所述滴水线条8位于保温层的下角处。
所述滴水线条8伸出保温板4向下垂直延伸使防护面层砂浆6和饰面层7形成鹰嘴状结构。这样能保证鹰嘴尺寸统一而且坡度达到最佳,从而提高美观和防雨效果。
所述保温板4包括内层保温板41和外层保温板42,所述内层保温板41和外层保温板42按交错互锁方式排列。施工时应保证垂直度,此种排板方式能较好的避免因应力集中而出现的开裂的现象。
滴水线条8在窗口顶部的防护面层砂浆6并铺设耐碱玻璃纤维网格布5完成后,在砂浆可操作时间内,按挂线把滴水线条8粘在窗角均匀按压,而且滴水线条8上的网格布应同时压入防护面层砂浆6内,防护面层砂浆6要从滴水线条8的孔中挤出来,然后把多余的砂浆刮平即可。
本实用新型结构简单,设计合理,施工方便,且较好的改善窗口顶部的防污效果,防止雨水渗入窗内,有效防止雨水的侵蚀,从而延长了保温层的使用寿命,且不影响美观程度。

1.滴水线条保温节点构造,包括设置在窗框和基层墙体外表面的保温层,其特征在于:所述保温层与窗框和基层墙体的形状相适配,所述保温层包括由基层墙体向外固定连接的粘结剂、保温板、耐碱玻纤网格布、防护面层砂浆和饰面层,所述耐碱玻纤网格布的外侧设有滴水线条,所述滴水线条位于保温层的下角处。
2.根据权利要求1所述的滴水线条保温节点构造,其特征在于:所述滴水线条伸出保温板向下垂直延伸使防护面层砂浆和饰面层形成鹰嘴状结构。
