本实用新型涉及纺织机械技术领域，尤其是涉及针织机用的拨纱片。
背景技术
传统的针织机的拨纱片包括底部设置的拨纱棒，在拨纱棒的底部设有圆形的导纱孔，随着拨纱片在机台上的往复运动，穿过导纱孔的纱线被往复推拉着进行编织。
随着针织机适用范围的扩大，在塑料或皮革材质的编织中也越来越多的使用针织机，但由于这些材质的原料线均为扁平结构，质地较轻，弹性强，张紧力过大会导致变形，在导纱孔内不容易固定，很容易在随拨纱片往复移动时发生扭曲，导致编制时出现扭曲凸点等明显的瑕疵，严重影响织物的外观。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构简单、可使用弹性材质原料线的拨纱片。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是：一种拨纱片，包括设置在主体下部的若干拨纱棒，每个拨纱棒的底部设有导纱孔，在所述导纱孔上方的所述拨纱棒上设有穿孔，各所述导纱孔内穿设有第一档杆，在穿孔内穿设有第二档杆。
导纱孔上方设置穿孔，第一档杆穿过导纱孔，第二档杆穿过穿孔，这样在第一档杆和第二档杆以及相邻的两个拨纱棒之间形成一个扁平的空隙，弹性材质的原料线从该空隙内穿过，由于第二档杆的限制作用，可以防止原料线在运动时发生扭曲，从而保证正常的编织。
所述第一档杆固定设置在所述导纱孔内，所述第二档杆活动设置在所述穿孔内。第一档杆可以阻挡原料线从拨纱棒间落下，第二档杆活动设置，可以从穿孔内取出，方便在更换线头。
所述穿孔的直径小于所述导纱孔的直径。减少在拨纱棒上的开孔尺寸，保证拨纱棒的结构强度。
本实用新型的优点是：结构简单，可以方便的使用扁平结构的原料线，在运动时可以防止原料线的扭曲变形，提高编制成形的整体外观效果。

参阅图1-2，一种拨纱片，包括设置在主体1下部的若干拨纱棒2，每个拨纱棒2的底部设有导纱孔3，在导纱孔3上方的拨纱棒2上设有穿孔4，穿孔4的直径小于导纱孔3。各导纱孔3内穿设有第一档杆5，在穿孔4内穿设有第二档杆6，其中第一档杆5固定设置在导纱孔3内，第二档杆6活动设置在穿孔4内。
导纱孔3的上方设置穿孔4，第一档杆5穿过导纱孔3，第二档杆6穿过穿孔4，这样在第一档杆5和第二档杆6以及相邻的两个拨纱棒2之间形成一个扁平的空隙7，弹性材质的原料线8可从该空隙7穿过，由于第二档杆6的限制作用，可以防止原料线8在运动时发生扭曲，从而保证正常编织。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种拨纱片，其特征在于：所述第一档杆固定设置在所述导纱孔内，所述第二档杆活动设置在所述穿孔内。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种拨纱片，其特征在于：所述穿孔的直径小于所述导纱孔的直径。
