Abstract

本实用新型涉及纺织机械技术领域，尤其是涉及针织机用的拨纱片。
背景技术
传统的针织机的拨纱片包括底部设置的拨纱棒，在拨纱棒的底部设有圆形的导纱孔，随着拨纱片在机台上的往复运动，穿过导纱孔的纱线被往复推拉着进行编织。
随着针织机适用范围的扩大，在塑料或皮革材质的编织中也越来越多的使用针织机，但由于这些材质的原料线均为扁平结构，质地较轻，弹性强，张紧力过大会导致变形，在导纱孔内不容易固定，很容易在随拨纱片往复移动时发生扭曲，导致编制时出现扭曲凸点等明显的瑕疵，严重影响织物的外观。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构简单、可使用弹性材质原料线的导向拨纱片。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是：一种导向拨纱片，在主体下部垂直设有若干筒状中空的拨纱棒，每个拨纱棒包括进线口和出线口，且进线口位于主体下部，出线口延伸至主体外。
拨纱棒为中空筒状体，原料线可以穿设在拨纱棒内，防止其在运动时发生扭曲，同时由于进线口位于主体下部，出线口位于主体外下方，原料线在往复运动时，进线端可以被主体限位，防止相互干涉，从而保证正常的编织。
所述进线口为圆喇叭口形，所述出线口为椭圆形。进线口交款，便于穿原料线，出线口进一步扁平化，更有利于配合原料线的形状，防止其运动中扭曲变形。
本实用新型的优点是：结构简单，可以方便的使用扁平结构的原料线，在运动时可以防止原料线的扭曲变形，提高编制成形的整体外观效果。

参阅图1-2，一种导向拨纱片，在主体1下部垂直设有若干筒状中空的拨纱棒2，每个拨纱棒2包括进线口3和出线口4，且进线口3位于主体1下部，出线口4延伸至主体1外。进线口3为圆喇叭口形，方便原料线穿入，出线口4为椭圆形，相对比较扁平，更适应原料线的形状，防止其扭曲。
拨纱棒2为中空筒状体，原料线可以穿设在拨纱棒2内，防止其在运动时发生扭曲，同时由于进线口3位于主体1的下部，出线口4位于主体1外下方，原料线在往复运动时，进线端可以被主体1限位，防止相互干涉，从而保证正常的编织。
