背景技术
传统的输送带只能用于简单的输送饼干的作用，将烘烤完的饼干传送到另一个地方，从而减少人工搬运的时间，提高其生产效率，但是饼干的打包还是停留在人工打包的基础上，因为饼干是一小块一小块的，需要手工将饼干塞到盒子里，塞满后在打包起来，这种人工的打包不仅浪费了大量的人力和财力，同时也影响生产率，如何提高生产效率是我们现在所面临的问题。为此，特设计一种饼干震荡输送装置。
发明内容
为克服上述不足，本实用新型提供了一种饼干震荡输送装置。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：.一种饼干震荡输送装置，包括方形箱体、高频振动电机、底座、弹簧、传送带，所述的方形箱体内中间固定设置高频振动电机，且在方形箱体内的四个角上均设有弹簧，弹簧的另一端均固定在底座上对于的四个角上；所述的传送带为V字形，其一端底部通过螺栓固定于方形箱体上，另一端底部设有一个支架，支架顶部设有一个泡沫，传送带直接架在泡沫上，且在泡沫的周边设有三个弹簧，一边固定于传送带上，一边固定于支架上，三个弹簧成三角形排列；所述的传送带底部固定方形箱体的这端比底部固定支架的那端高。
本实用新型不仅结构简单，造价便宜，同时也减少了人力和财力，大大的提高了生产效率。

如图1所示本实用新型一种饼干震荡输送装置，包括方形箱体1、高频振动电机、底座2、弹簧3、传送带4，方形箱体1内中间固定设置高频振动电机，且在方形箱体1内的四个角上均设有弹簧3，弹簧3的另一端均固定在底座2上对于的四个角上；传送带4为V字形，其一端底部通过螺栓固定于方形箱体1上，另一端底部设有一个支架5，支架5顶部设有一个泡沫6，传送带4直接架在泡沫6上，且在泡沫6的周边设有三个弹簧3，一边固定于传送带4上，一边固定于支架5上，三个弹簧3成三角形排列；传送带4底部固定方形箱体1的这端比底部固定支架5的那端高。
使用中，通过高频振动电机带动方形箱体1，由于方形箱体1四个角上设有弹簧3，让整个方形箱体1能稳定的振动，加上传送带4是V字形的，让饼干在传送带4上振动时，能一块一块的分开不会叠在一起，而传送带4一边高一边低，饼干在重力的作用下，形成一块挨着一块的向前移动，从而让饼干能一块一块的落入盒子中，这不仅减少了大量的人力和财力，同时也提高了生产效率。

1.一种饼干震荡输送装置，包括方形箱体(1)、高频振动电机、底座(2)、弹簧(3)、传送带(4)，其特征在于：所述的方形箱体(1)内中间固定设置高频振动电机，且在方形箱体(1)内的四个角上均设有弹簧(3)，弹簧(3)的另一端均固定在底座(2)上对于的四个角上；所述的传送带(4)为V字形，其一端底部通过螺栓固定于方形箱体(1)上，另一端底部设有一个支架(5)，支架(5)顶部设有一个泡沫(6)，传送带(4)直接架在泡沫(6)上，且在泡沫(6)的周边设有三个弹簧(3)，一边固定于传送带(4)上，一边固定于支架(5)上，三个弹簧(3)成三角形排列；所述的传送带(4)底部固定方形箱体(1)的这端比底部固定支架(5)的那端高。
