背景技术
现有的齿轮通常是采用金属铸造而成，而采用塑料制作齿轮，可降低成本，减轻齿轮重量，但是，塑料制作的齿轮在高速运作时会与金属制的中轴摩擦，造成齿轮磨损，齿轮还会在高速运作中发热软化，严重影响其使用寿命。

为了解决上述技术问题，本实用新型的目的是提供一种带组合轴承的塑料齿轮。
本实用新型所采用的技术方案是：
一种带组合轴承的塑料齿轮，包括
一齿轮，所述齿轮由塑料制成，
一中轴，所述中轴穿过齿轮中部，齿轮可绕中轴转动，
一金属轴承，所述金属轴承设置在齿轮和中轴之间，金属轴承固定在齿轮上，齿轮转动时通过金属轴承与中轴摩擦，金属轴承与齿轮之间没有相对运动。
进一步，所述中轴与金属轴承采用同种金属制成，常用的金属为不锈钢。
进一步，所述中轴中部穿过金属轴承并卡装在金属轴承上，中轴两端分别位于齿轮两侧。
进一步，所述金属轴承为滚珠轴承，减轻摩擦。
本实用新型的有益效果是：
本实用新型采用塑料制作齿轮，节省成本，减轻齿轮重量，同时，在齿轮中部固定安装金属轴承，齿轮通过金属轴承与中轴接触摩擦，避免了齿轮与中轴的直接摩擦，减轻塑料齿轮的磨损，延长其使用寿命。

具体实施方式
参照图1、图2，本实用新型提供的优选实施例，一种带组合轴承的塑料齿轮，包括齿轮1、中轴2和金属轴承3。所述齿轮1由塑料制成。齿轮1中部通过压铸固定有金属轴承3，金属轴承3为滚珠轴承，一般采用不锈钢制作，也可采用铜等其他金属制作。金属轴承3上穿装有中轴2，中轴2采用与金属轴承3相同的金属制成，使两者的硬度相近，不易磨损。中轴2的中部穿过金属轴承3并卡装在金属轴承3上，中轴2两端分别位于齿轮1两侧。齿轮1可绕中轴2转动，齿轮1转动时通过金属轴承3与中轴2摩擦，金属轴承3与齿轮1之间没有相对运动，使两者之间没有磨损。本实用新型采用塑料制作齿轮1，节省成本，减轻齿轮重量，同时，在齿轮1中部固定安装金属轴承3，齿轮1通过金属轴承3与中轴2接触摩擦，避免了齿轮1与中轴2的直接摩擦，可降低齿轮1转动时的温度，减轻塑料齿轮的磨损，延长其使用寿命。

1.一种带组合轴承的塑料齿轮，其特征在于，包括
一齿轮（1），所述齿轮（1）由塑料制成，
一中轴（2），所述中轴 （2）穿过齿轮（1）中部，齿轮（1）可绕中轴（3）转动，
一金属轴承（3），所述金属轴承（3）设置在齿轮（1）和中轴（2）之间，金属轴承（3）固定在齿轮（1）上，齿轮（1）转动时通过金属轴承（3）与中轴（2）摩擦，金属轴承（2）与齿轮（1）之间没有相对运动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种带组合轴承的塑料齿轮，其特征在于，所述中轴（2）与金属轴承（3）采用同种金属制成。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种带组合轴承的塑料齿轮，其特征在于，所述中轴（2）中部穿过金属轴承（3）并卡装在金属轴承（3）上，中轴（2）两端分别位于齿轮（1）两侧。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种带组合轴承的塑料齿轮，其特征在于，所述金属轴承（3）为滚珠轴承。
