本实用新型涉及一种高效节能光伏农业大棚。
背景技术
由于仅在一定光谱范围内的太阳能可以产生光电效应,实际投射到光伏板上的太阳能只有15%左右转化为电能,而剩下的85%以上太阳能都转化为热能排放到环境中。目前国内光伏农业大棚项目很多,但都是采用晶硅或非晶硅薄膜组件敷设于大棚棚体上,只是单纯地来进行发电,而未对其热量进行处理。
一方面,不及时带走这部分热量会使光伏电池的温度升高,导致光电转化效率下降;另一方面,农业大棚夜间的温度较低,会影响作物的生长,通常我们需要给大棚升温,升温需要使用大量能源。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种提高光伏组件的光电转化效率,大棚升温时节约能源的高效节能光伏农业大棚。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:
一种高效节能光伏农业大棚,它包括光伏组件、换热管道、集热箱以及增温管道,所述光伏组件包括边框,边框内从上至下层压有透光面板、上层EVA胶膜、光伏电池片、下层EVA胶膜、TPT绝缘层、吸热板以及保温层,集热箱的底部左侧设置有第一出水口,集热箱的顶部左侧设置有第一进水口,集热箱的底部右侧设置有第二进水口,集热箱的顶部右侧设置有第二出水口,换热管道从第一出水口经过保温层至第一进水口,增温管道的进水端与第二出水口连接,增温管道的出水端与第二进水口连接,增温管道的进水端处设置有第一阀门,增温管道的出水端处设置有第二阀门。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:
本实用新型高效节能光伏农业大棚可以使用循环水直接将光伏电池产生的热量移走,在保证光伏电池高转化效率的同时,有效地利用到大棚的供热需求中,高效节能光伏农业大棚会是一种极具发展潜力和应用前景的太阳能综合利用方式。该高效节能光伏农业大棚具有提高光伏组件的光电转化效率,大棚升温时节约能源的优点。

工作原理:
白天,光照条件充足,光伏组件内的吸热板将光伏电池片发出的热量吸收传递给保温层,光伏电池片自身的热量降低,提高了光电转化效率。关闭第一阀门和第二阀门,保温层内的热量换热管道内的水吸收,使得集热箱内的水温增加。夜间,打开第一阀门和第二阀门,集热箱内的热水通过增温管道输送至农业大棚内部进行增温,提供较好的作物生长环境。
