本实用新型涉及一种新型太阳能电池组件。 
背景技术
目前新型太阳能电池组件上的玻璃层均为平面层,当斜射光照射到平面层上时,极易被发射出去,从而不利于斜射光的吸收,继而整个新型太阳能电池组件的功率以及发电量均较低。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术中存在的缺陷,提供一种新型太阳能电池组件,提高组件的功率以及发电量。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型的技术方案是提供了一种新型太阳能电池组件,包括太阳能电池组件本体,所述的太阳能电池组件本体的上表面具有玻璃层,所述的玻璃层表面加工有棱镜面,所述的棱镜面正对所述的太阳能电池组件本体,所述的棱镜面厚度为35μm;玻璃层总厚度为3.2mm。
作为优选地,所述的棱镜面设置于所述的玻璃层的上表面。
作为优选地,所述的棱镜面设置于所述的玻璃层的下表面。
作为优选地,所述的棱镜面上棱镜角为90°,棱镜间距为50μm。
本实用新型的优点和有益效果在于:通过在玻璃层表面设置棱镜层,利于充分吸收斜射光,提高太阳能组件的功率以及发电量。

实施例一:如图1所示,一种新型太阳能电池组件,包括太阳能电池组件本体1,所述的太阳能电池组件本体1的上表面具有玻璃层2,所述的玻璃层2表面加工有棱镜面3,所述的棱镜面3正对所述的太阳能电池组件本体1,所述的棱镜面3厚度为35μm;玻璃层2总厚度为3.2mm,所述的棱镜面3上棱镜角为90°,棱镜间距为50μm,所述的棱镜面3设置于所述的玻璃层2的上表面。
实施例二:如图2所示,与实施例一的区别在于:所述的棱镜面3设置于所述的玻璃层2的下表面。
通过采用上述方案,当斜射光照射于玻璃层2表面时,通过棱镜面3,减少其反射,利于吸收,从而提高整个太阳能电池组件的功率以及发电量。
