Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种紧固装置，特别是用于安装圆柱形家具部件的紧固装置。
背景技术
现有技术的家具安装中，将两个或多个部分组合成为圆柱形部件时使用的连接元件通常复杂地制成，具有大量可拆散的独立部件并经常需要专用的装配工具。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种能够克服上述缺陷的成本低廉、操作简单的紧固装置。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的紧固装置构成为肘杆式夹紧锁，其具有两个铰链连接的不同长度的部分，它们与各部分在封闭的构型中相配合成使其将力沿相反的方向施加到两个或多个不同的部分上。通过该紧固装置可以由一人无工具地安装固定装置。
可以证明有益的是，圆柱形部件的各部分具有相同的形状。因此可以用仅仅一个模具制造各部分，这显著简化圆柱形部分的制造并且有利地降低固定装置的制造成本。优选圆柱形部件的各部分一件式地由塑料在同一注塑成型模具中制造，从而它们具有相同的形状。

具体实施方式
紧固装置4构成一肘杆式夹紧锁，图1示出绕圆柱形部件的圆周部分1、2安装本实用新型的紧固装置4。
如图2-4所示，紧固装置4包括一基本上弧形的第一部件41和一与其铰链连接的基本上弧形的第二部件42。第一部件41在紧固装置4的一铰链轴方面构造成比第二部件42更大的部分。第一部件41在一自由端上具有一基本上楔形的插入部分411，其可与在按图1中圆周部分2外圆周上的相应的楔形侧凹嵌接。第二部件42在其自由端上包括一插入部分421，其可与图1中左边的圆周部分1外圆周上的一相应的楔形侧凹形锁合地嵌接。
通过向紧固装置4的第一部件和第二部件41、42的连接轴施加压力将两部件41、42从一成角度的布置转成一平行的布置，在成角度的布置中，第一部件和第二部件41、42围成0与90°之间的角度，在平行的布置中，第一部件和第二部件41、42基本上相互平行定位。由此处于与在不同圆周部分1、2上的侧凹相嵌接的第一和第二插入部分411和421的部分缩小，从而将圆柱形部件的两部分1、2在封闭的构型中经由紧固装置4紧固连接。
上述实施例中圆柱形部件包括两个部分，但本实用新型也适用于包括多个部分的圆柱形部件的紧固。
紧固装置可采用任何适宜的材料制成，例如塑料、金属等等。
Claims (2)
1.一种用于固定圆柱形部件的紧固装置，所述紧固装置构造为肘杆式夹紧锁，包括
一基本上弧形的第一部件；和
一与其铰链连接的基本上弧形的第二部件；
其特征在于：
第一部件在紧固装置的一铰链轴方面构造成比第二部件更大的部分；
第一部件在一自由端上具有基本上楔形的第一插入部分，其可与圆柱形部件的第一圆周部分的外圆周上的相应的楔形侧凹嵌接；
第二部件在其自由端上包括第二插入部分，其可与圆柱形部件的第二圆周部分的外圆周上的一相应的楔形侧凹形锁合地嵌接；
其中所述第一部件和第二部件采用金属制成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的紧固装置，其中通过向所述紧固装置的所述第一部件和第二部件的连接轴施加压力将所述第一部件和第二部件从一成角度的布置转成一平行的布置，在成角度的布置中，所述第一部件和第二部件围成0~90°之间的角度；在平行的布置中，所述第一部件和第二部件基本上相互平行定位；由此处于与在所述不同圆周部分上的侧凹相嵌接的第一插入部分和第二插入部分缩小，从而将圆柱形部件的两个部分在封闭的构型中经由紧固装置紧固连接。
