Abstract

背景技术：
随着我国高速铁路等基础设施项目的迅速发展，高架桥工程越来越多。桥梁墩身养护效果的好坏是确保墩身质量的关键，但是由于墩身体积大、高度高等设计原因，以往采用人工定时洒水的养护措施无法确保养护的效果，尤其是在夏季，水分蒸发快，人工洒水的养护效果更加不理想。
发明内容：
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种能够确保养护效果，结构简单，使用方便的桥梁墩身养护设备。
上述目的是这样实现的：它包括两个钢架，两个水桶分别安装在两个钢架上，每个水桶的底部都有用来控制水流量的阀门，阀门上连接有出水管，出水管上均布有若干个出水孔。
本实用新型的优点是：使用时将两个钢架固定在墩身顶部，将出水管沿墩身顶部一周布置，这样可确保流水能均匀湿润墩身表面。采用此设备养护，能确保墩身在养护期内表面一致处于湿润状态，保证了墩身的养护效果。工人可按时对水桶进行补水，减轻了劳动强度。此设备在夏季高温季节应用效果更加明显。
