背景技术
原有密集型母线槽母排外包聚酯薄膜,缠绕3M胶带,达到绝缘的效果,然而固定好绝缘聚酯薄膜后直接贴紧在U型材上,由于U型材为铝合金材料加工而成,端部成直角,在运输和安装的过程中可能由于摩擦划破或磨损绝缘聚酯薄膜,影响母线槽的寿命。

本实用新型的目的在于:为解决以上问题提供一种耐磨损、能有效提高母线槽使用寿命的密集型母线槽母排与U型材间绝缘结构。
本实用新型所采用的技术方案是这样的:
密集型母线槽母排与U型材间绝缘结构,包括密集型母线槽母排和U型材,在所述密集型母线槽母排与所述U型材之间设置密封橡胶垫,在所述密封橡胶垫上、与所述U型材接触处涂有自粘胶。
所述密封橡胶垫分相连的左右两块,与所述U型材接触块呈弧形弯曲,另一块呈尖刺状;所述密封橡胶垫整体侧视为刀型。
所述密封橡胶垫的宽度L与所述密集型母线槽母排宽度相等。
综上所述,由于采用上述技术方案,本实用新型的有益效果是:
本实用新型在密集型母线槽母排与U型材间加装密封橡胶垫,防止在运输、安装过程中的磨损可能性,提高母线槽的使用寿命。
