[0007] 为实现本实用新型的目的所采用的技术方案是:一种可调式耐张导线承力绝缘子更换保护装置,包括门子形构件、设置在门子形构件横杆上的两个具有链条的吊钩及套装在门子形构件竖杆上的滑块,所述横杆内侧中心处设置棘轮,该棘轮的转轴固套有线盘,所述线盘与滑块中心处通过钢丝连接,所述滑块上套装有两个具有锁紧螺栓的滑套,所述滑套上设有线夹,所述竖杆上套装至少2个具有压紧螺栓的竖滑套,所述竖滑套下部设有延伸块,所述延伸块上具有与导线方向垂直的方形孔,所述方向孔内设有与之相匹配滑动连接的滑杆,所述滑杆位于门子行构件内的端部具有弧形卡件,所述延伸块上设有与方形孔相垂直位于同一水平面的定位孔,所述滑杆均设若干个与定位孔相匹配的通孔,所述定位孔内设有销栓。

[0013] 本实用新型在使用时,将两个吊钩挂在塔架上,调节两个横滑套之间的间距及滑套间的间距,使两个横滑套的导线卡槽卡住两个导线,两个滑套的线夹卡在导线上,上紧两个线夹,调节棘轮带动线盘转动导线收缩带动滑块移动将导线拉紧,使绝缘子串处于松弛状态,调节四个竖滑套及使滑杆处于绝缘子串中心位置,调节滑杆使弧形卡件卡在绝缘子串下边,将压条压在弧形卡件上,从而保证拆掉绝缘子串两端的销子后绝缘子串不会掉落地面,避免砸伤他人;绝缘子串两端的销子拆除后松开压条将画的绝缘子串通过设置竖杆上滑轮及绳快速将坏的绝缘子串系到地面,再讲好的绝缘子串系到上部,省时省工提高了拆卸及安装效率;将好的绝缘子串卡入弧形卡件,将绝缘子串两端固定,缓缓松开棘轮,拆掉装置,更换完毕,因此本装置不仅能够同时拆卸两个绝缘子串起到临时固定绝缘子串的作用,便于快速安装及拆卸;而且能够两个线夹间的间距适应不同导线的导线间距安装。

[0018] 如图1、2、3所示,一种可调式耐张导线承力绝缘子更换保护装置,包括门子形构件、设置在门子形构件横杆21上的两个具有链条2的吊钩5及套装在门子形构件竖杆7上的滑块14,所述横杆21内侧中心处设置棘轮4,只需调节一个棘轮4的摇臂11便可将两个导线I拉紧,省时省工;该棘轮4的转轴固套有线盘3,方便将钢丝8收卷及防线,操作省时省力;所述线盘3与滑块14中心处通过钢丝8连接,所述滑块14上套装有两个具有锁紧螺栓的滑套13,便于调节两个滑套的间距,适应不同导线间距的使用;所述滑套13上设有线夹9,用于固定导线;所述竖杆7上套装至少2个具有压紧螺栓16的竖滑套12,方便调节两个竖滑套12间的坚固,便于固定长短不一的绝缘子串,适应不同长度绝缘子串的固定,同时通过调节竖滑套12便于牢固固定绝缘子串;所述竖滑套下部设有延伸块17,所述延伸块17上具有与导线方向垂直的方形孔,所述方向孔内设有与之相匹配滑动连接的滑杆19,防止滑杆19在方形孔内转动,进而防止弧形卡件20转动造成绝缘子掉落;所述滑杆19位于门子行构件内的端部具有弧形卡件20,所述延伸块上设有与方形孔相垂直位于同一水平面的定位孔22,所述滑杆19均设若干个与定位孔相匹配的通孔18,所述定位孔内设有销栓,便于调节滑杆19使弧形卡件20位于绝缘子串的正下方,适应固定不同直径的绝缘子串10。

1.一种可调式耐张导线承力绝缘子更换保护装置,其特征在于:包括门子形构件、设置在门子形构件横杆上的两个具有链条的吊钩及套装在门子形构件竖杆上的滑块,所述横杆内侧中心处设置棘轮,该棘轮的转轴固套有线盘,所述线盘与滑块中心处通过钢丝连接,所述滑块上套装有两个具有锁紧螺栓的滑套,所述滑套上设有线夹,所述竖杆上套装至少2个具有压紧螺栓的竖滑套,所述竖滑套下部设有延伸块,所述延伸块上具有与导线方向垂直的方形孔,所述方向孔内设有与之相匹配滑动连接的滑杆,所述滑杆位于门子行构件内的端部具有弧形卡件,所述延伸块上设有与方形孔相垂直位于同一水平面的定位孔,所述滑杆均设若干个与定位孔相匹配的通孔,所述定位孔内设有销栓。
2.如权利要求1所述的可调式耐张导线承力绝缘子更换保护装置,其特征在于:所述销栓上设有自锁机构,该自锁机构包括位于定位孔内的销栓、套装在销栓上的弹簧,所述弹簧一端与延伸块连接,另一端与销栓外端部连接。
