Abstract
本实用新型有涉及一种健身运动器材，在一具有适当重量的矩型本体中，包括有两短边与两长边，各所述短边处分别设置有一第一握持把手，并于各所述长边处分别设置有一第二握持把手；各所述第一握持把手、第二握持把手能提供双手握持并进行重力训练。另，该本体的任一缘面设有一个或一个以上的滑动面，利用各所述滑动面，能提供人体于握持该本体时在地面进行滑动训练。本实用新型复合多种训练形态，富具运动与健身效果。

技术领域
本实用新型「健身运动器材」，涉及手持式重量训练器材相关结构的技术领域。
背景技术
现代人工作及生活的步调都非常紧凑，许多行程的安排都以节省时间及提高效率为目标。为了达到高效率、高目标，许多人仅会投注时间在工作上，导致运动时间相当少，甚至没有时间运动。然而，许多研究报告都显示，运动是维持及提升身体健康和机能状况的最佳方法。为提升人们运动的兴趣，许多室内用运动器材便应运而生，例如哑铃、跑步机、踏步机、室内脚踏车器材......等，各所述器材人们可以买回家随时使用，间接提高了运动的机率和可能性。惟，现有坊间健身运动器材大多都已问世多年，使用者难免会因为感到单调而不再有兴趣，导致厂商必须不断的开发新产品，方能满足消费者喜新厌旧的习性。再者，许多旧有器材都仅具有单一操作形态或专用的使用功能，若购买多种，无形中造成消费者花费过高，也相当占空间。
有鉴于此，实用新型人特以研创成本案，期能借本案的提出，以提供一种复合有数种操作形态的新式运动器材，以吸引消费者目光。
实用新型内容
针对现有技术中存在的不足，本实用新型的目的在于提供一种健身运动器材，借由其所能提供的操作形态与变化具有数种，能获致提升使用兴趣和训练效果等目的。
本实用新型另一主要目的在于：提供一种创新的健身运动器材，其结构前所未见，能达到吸引消费者目光，满足消费者喜新厌旧的消费习惯，以获致刺激消费的目的。
本实用新型的技术方案如下：
一种健身运动器材，在一本体中设置包括有两短边与两长边，各所述短边处分别设置有一第一握持把手，并于各所述长边处分别设置有一第二握持把手；又该本体的各第一握持把手内缘，为一第一镂空部，各所述第二握持把手内缘，为一第二镂空部。
上述的健身运动器材，该本体的任一缘面，设有一个或一个以上的滑动面。
上述的健身运动器材，各所述滑动面直接设置于本体上。
上述的健身运动器材，各所述滑动面，设置于一块体上，该块体另结合于该本体的一结合部处。
上述的健身运动器材，各所述第一握持把手、各所述第二握持把手上，设有止滑结构。
本实用新型另一种结构的健身运动器材，其技术方案如下：
一种健身运动器材，在一本体中至少设置有两第一握持把手，且该本体的任一缘面，设有一个或一个以上的滑动面。
上述的健身运动器材，各所述滑动面，直接设置于本体上。
上述的健身运动器材，各所述滑动面，设置于一块体上，该块体另结合于该本体的一结合部处。
上述的健身运动器材，该本体中设置包括有两短边与两长边，各所述短边处分别设置有该第一握持把手，并于各所述长边处分别设置有一第二握持把手；又该本体的各第一握持把手内缘，为一第一镂空部，至于各所述第二握持把手内缘，为一第二镂空部。
上述的健身运动器材，各所述第一握持把手、各所述第二握持把手上，设有止滑结构。
本实用新型的有益效果为：能提供的操作形态与变化具有数种，以获致提升使用兴趣和训练效果。

具体实施方式
首请参阅图1与图2所示，本案「健身运动器材」，于一具有适当重量的矩型本体1中，设置包括有两短边与两长边，各所述短边处分别设置有一第一握持把手11，并于各所述长边处分别设置有一第二握持把手13；又该本体1的各第一握持把手11内缘，为一第一镂空部12，至于各所述第二握持把手13内缘，为一第二镂空部14。该本体1的任一缘面，另设有一个或一个以上的滑动面161，各所述滑动面161设置于一块体16上，各所述块体16另结合于该本体1的一结合部15处，各所述滑动面161，可以是光滑面或粗糙面；各所述第一握持把手11、各所述第二握持把手13上依需要设有止滑结构。
再请参阅图3，本案使用时的其中一种方式，以双手分别握持于该两第一握持把手11或该两第二握持把手13，将本体1置放于地面，即能以双手将该本体1前、后往复移动，借以训练上肢、上半身、腹部、腰部等处的肌肉运动。
再请参阅图4，本案使用时的另一种方式，以双手分别握持于该两第一握持把手11，即能以双手将该本体1进行上、下运动，借以训练上肢、上半身等处的肌肉运动。当然，该本体1的运动方式不仅止于此，双手也能改握在各所述第二握持把手13上，且运动方式也能包括各种角度的举升、旋转，以达到运动与训练特定肌肉群的目的。
再请参阅图5，本案中该本体1的底部，得依需要加设一包括有轮子的滑动底盘3，借以获致顺畅活动的目的。
再请参阅图6，本案中该本体1的该块体16得采一体成型的方式制作。
上述实施例仅仅是为清楚地说明本实用新型创造所作的举例，而并非对本实用新型创造具体实施方式的限定。为了清楚地说明各部件的组合关系，上面对各种说明性的部件及其连接关系围绕其功能进行了一般地描述，至于这种部件的组合是实现哪种功能，取决于特定的应用和对整个装置所施加的设计约束条件。对于所属领域的普通技术人员来说，在上述说明的基础上还可以做出其它不同形式的变化或变动。这里无需也无法对所有的实施方式予以穷举。凡在本实用新型的精神和原则之内所引伸出的任何显而易见的变化或变动仍处于本权利要求的保护范围之中。

1.一种健身运动器材，在一本体中设置包括有两短边与两长边，其特征在于，各所述短边处分别设置有一第一握持把手，并于各所述长边处分别设置有一第二握持把手；又该本体的各第一握持把手内缘，为一第一镂空部，各所述第二握持把手内缘，为一第二镂空部。
2.如权利要求1所述的健身运动器材，其特征在于，该本体的任一缘面，设有一个或一个以上的滑动面。
3.如权利要求2所述的健身运动器材，其特征在于，各所述滑动面直接设置于本体上。
4.如权利要求2所述的健身运动器材，其特征在于，各所述滑动面，设置于一块体上，该块体另结合于该本体的一结合部处。
5.如权利要求2所述的健身运动器材，其特征在于，各所述第一握持把手、各所述第二握持把手上，设有止滑结构。
6.一种健身运动器材，在一本体中至少设置有两第一握持把手，其特征在于，且该本体的任一缘面，设有一个或一个以上的滑动面。
7.如权利要求6所述的健身运动器材，其特征在于，各所述滑动面，直接设置于本体上。
8.如权利要求6所述的健身运动器材，其特征在于，各所述滑动面，设置于一块体上，该块体另结合于该本体的一结合部处。
9.如权利要求6所述的健身运动器材，其特征在于，该本体中设置包括有两短边与两长边，各所述短边处分别设置有该第一握持把手，并于各所述长边处分别设置有一第二握持把手；又该本体的各第一握持把手内缘，为一第一镂空部，至于各所述第二握持把手内缘，为一第二镂空部。
10.如权利要求9所述的健身运动器材，其特征在于，各所述第一握持把手、各所述第二握持把手上，设有止滑结构。
