Abstract

本实用新型提供一种阶段式健腹轮，包括手柄部，还包括连接手柄的第一及第二滚轮、第一及第二滚轮之间设置有伸缩结构；所述伸缩结构包括：设置在第一及第二滚轮内侧中央的连接杆，调节杆；所述连接杆具有空心结构，内侧设置有滚珠；所述调节杆套在该连接杆中，其表面设置有数个限位孔；所述连接杆与所述调节杆相对伸缩时，该滚珠滑动到限位孔中，从而限定该连接杆与调节杆伸缩距离。本实用新型用间距可调节两个滚轮，可调整间距，利于重心的稳定；滚轮用高质防滑纹的橡胶，减少震动以及降噪；在拉伸时，连接杆与调节杆之间的运动结构比较简单，省力。手柄部采用人体力学结构，能够有效的降低手部受力时间过长的不舒适，增加用户体验。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及健身器械，尤其涉及一种阶段式健腹轮。 
背景技术
市场上的腹肌轮款式陈旧，只有一个的滚轮，在滚轮两侧设置用于握手的手柄。该老式的腹肌轮当在运动时中心不容易把握，容易摔倒。部分也采用两个滚轮的结构，但是不能调节两滚轮之间的宽度，没有把不同肩宽的锻炼者的需求考虑进去，同时两轮之间的距离同样可以影响锻炼时的中心的位置。 
另外，上述传统的腹肌轮没有采用防震及防滑的高质量的橡胶，锻炼感受不好。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种阶段式健腹轮，该阶段式健腹轮采用了间距可以调节的两个滚轮结构，可以针对不同的使用者调整间距，利于重心的稳定；同时在滚轮上采用高质量的具有防滑纹的橡胶，能够减少运动的震动以及具有降噪的特效。 
为实现上述目的本实用新型提供一种阶段式健腹轮，包括设置在两侧的手柄部，还包括连接手柄的第一及第二滚轮、第一及第二滚轮之间设置有伸缩结构；所述伸缩结构包括：设置在第一及第二滚轮内侧中央的连接杆，调节杆；所述连接杆具有空心结构，内侧设置有滚珠；所述调节杆套在该连接杆中，其表面设置有数个限位孔；所述连接杆与所述调节杆相对伸缩时，该滚珠滑动到限位孔中，从而限定该连接杆与调节杆伸缩距离。 
所述连接杆与第一或第二滚轮之间通过轴承固定。 
所述手柄部的材料为乳胶，表面设有防滑纹，采用人体工学设计。 
所述第一或第二滚轮包括外壳、内壳以及固定在外壳及内壳之间的壳芯，所述内壳与外壳通过螺丝固定在一起，所述壳芯与地面接触，其接触面上设置有具有防滑纹的橡胶。 
本实用新型的有益效果： 
1、采用了间距可以调节的两个滚轮结构，可以针对不同的使用者调整间距，利于重心的稳定；
2、滚轮上采用高质量的具有防滑纹的橡胶，能够减少运动的震动以及具有降噪的特效；
3、采用滚珠与限位孔的限位结构，在拉伸时，连接杆与调节杆之间的运动结构比较简单，省力。
4、手柄部采用人体力学结构，能够有效的降低手部受力时间过长的不舒适，增加用户体验。

具体实施方式
为更进一步阐述本实用新型所采取的技术手段及其效果，以下结合本实用新型的优选实施例及其附图进行详细描述。 
参阅图1至图4，本实用新型提供一种阶段式健腹轮，包括设置在两侧的手柄部1，还包括连接手柄部1的第一及第二滚轮21、22。所述手柄部1的材料为乳胶，表面设有防滑纹，采用人体工学设计，能够减少手部受力的不适感。 
所述第一或第二滚轮21或22包括外壳201、内壳202以及固定在外壳201及内壳202之间的壳芯203，所述内壳202与外壳201通过螺丝固定在一起，所述壳芯202与地面接触，其接触面上设置有具有防滑纹的橡胶。 
第一及第二滚轮21、22之间设置有伸缩结构；所述伸缩结构包括：设置在第一及第二滚轮21、22内侧中央的连接杆24，调节杆25；所述连接杆24具有空心结构，内侧设置有滚珠241；所述调节杆25套在该连接杆24中，其表面设置有数个限位孔251；所述连接杆24与所述调节杆25相对伸缩时，该滚珠241滑动到限位孔251中，从而限定该连接杆24与调节杆25伸缩距离。 
所述连接杆24与第一或第二滚轮之间21或22通过轴承23固定。第一或者第二滚轮21或22的转动不受所述连接杆24的任何影响。 
以上所述的限位孔251本实施方式优选的是在每个滚轮一侧均具有两个，而且其位置相对于调节杆25中心彼此对称；根据以上限位孔251的数量，本实施方式中，该阶段式健腹轮具有闭合，第一拉伸状态，第二拉伸状态三种应用状态；其中三种状态时，第一及第二滚轮21、22之间的距离依次分别为0cm、2.54cm、5.04cm。 
以上所述，对于本领域的普通技术人员来说，可以根据本实用新型的技术方案和技术构思作出其他各种相应的改变和变形，而所有这些改变和变形都应属于本实用新型权利要求的保护范围。 

Claims (4)

1.一种阶段式健腹轮，包括设置在两侧的手柄部，其特征是，还包括连接手柄的第一及第二滚轮、第一及第二滚轮之间设置有伸缩结构；所述伸缩结构包括：设置在第一及第二滚轮内侧中央的连接杆，调节杆；所述连接杆具有空心结构，内侧设置有滚珠；所述调节杆套在该连接杆中，其表面设置有数个限位孔；所述连接杆与所述调节杆相对伸缩时，该滚珠滑动到限位孔中，从而限定该连接杆与调节杆伸缩距离。
2.根据权利要求1所述的阶段式健腹轮，其特征是：所述连接杆与第一或第二滚轮之间通过轴承固定。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的阶段式健腹轮，其特征是：所述手柄部的材料为乳胶，表面设有防滑纹，采用人体工学设计。
4. 根据权利要求1所述的阶段式健腹轮，其特征是：所述第一或第二滚轮包括外壳、内壳以及固定在外壳及内壳之间的壳芯，所述内壳与外壳通过螺丝固定在一起，所述壳芯与地面接触，其接触面上设置有具有防滑纹的橡胶。
