按此目的设计的一种三节同步隐藏滑轨,包括活动轨、中轨、固定轨和阻尼机构;其特征在于:活动轨与中轨之间设置有上齿条和带滚轮的上滚轮保持架;中轨与固定轨之间设置有分体式带滚轮的下滚轮保持架,其表面设置有齿条;上齿条与下滚轮保持架之间啮合有齿轮组件,齿轮组件根据作用力的大小,控制活动轨与中轨同步或错位运行;阻尼机构装配在固定轨上。
所述齿轮组件由A齿轮、B齿轮和齿轮架组成;A齿轮与B齿轮采用多边形柱与多边形孔紧密配合装配,当旋转力大于一定值时,B齿轮的多边形孔张大,两齿轮打滑转动,当旋转力小于一定值时,两齿轮同步旋转;两齿轮转动装配于齿轮架内,且上下往外伸出。
所述齿轮架贯穿固定于中轨的上表面,A齿轮和B齿轮上下贯穿,其中,A齿轮的下部与下滚轮保持架上的齿条啮合,B齿轮的上部与上齿条啮合;两齿轮始终不脱离相应的齿条。

下滚轮保持架装配于中轨内,其由保持前架、下齿条和保持后架装配而成,其中保持前架和保持后架分别装配于下齿条的前后端;保持前架和下齿条表面设置有齿条,互相装配后形成一条匹配连续的齿条,其与上齿条分别对应齿轮组件;保持前架和保持后架的上下左右面分别设置有滚轮,上表面和左右面的滚轮分别接触中轨内壁,下表面的滚轮抵靠于固定轨上。
所述活动轨和中轨为底面开放的管状体;其中,活动轨两侧开口边采用二次折边形成带圆弧的条形凹边,中轨两侧弯折采用异形凸边形成带圆弧的条形隆起;活动轨嵌套于中轨上,上滚轮保持架上的球珠置于凹边与隆起之间,且彼此的圆弧面分别与球珠表面匹配。

参见图1-3,本三节同步隐藏滑轨,包括活动轨1、中轨2、固定轨3和阻尼机构4。活动轨1与中轨2之间设置有上齿条5和带滚轮的上滚轮保持架6;中轨2与固定轨3之间设置有分体式带滚轮的下滚轮保持架7,其表面设置有齿条;上齿条5与下滚轮保持架7之间啮合有齿轮组件8,齿轮组件8根据作用力的大小,控制活动轨1与中轨2同步或错位运行;活动轨1、中轨2和阻尼机构4分别装配在固定轨3上。本滑轨对称设置于柜腔内两侧,其通过固定轨3上的装配孔3.1实现固定,活动轨1与抽屉连接。
具体地讲,参见图4-6,齿轮组件8由A齿轮8.1、B齿轮8.2和齿轮架8.3组成;A齿轮8.1与B齿轮8.2采用多边形柱与多边形孔紧密配合装配,当受到的旋转力大于一定值时,B齿轮8.2的多边形孔张大,两齿轮打滑转动,当受到的旋转力小于一定值时,两齿轮相对固定,因此同步旋转;两齿轮装配后转动装配于齿轮架8.3内,且上下往外伸出。齿轮架8.3插设于中轨2上表面设置的方孔内,且贯穿方孔,通过齿轮架8.3两侧的扣件,齿轮组件8整体固定于中轨2上。A齿轮8.1和B齿轮8.2上下贯穿突出,A齿轮8.1的下部与下滚轮保持架7上的齿条啮合,B齿轮8.2的上部与上齿条5啮合,两齿轮运行过程中始终不脱离相应的齿条。
参见图7-9,活动轨1内顶面装配有上齿条5;上齿条5侧面往外凸出若干锁紧机构,包括固定柱5.1和弹片5.2,固定柱5.1顶部往外伸张,弹片5.2往外弹起,活动轨1侧面对应设置装配孔,对应固定柱5.1的装配孔呈凸字形,固定柱5.1从大的一边穿过,再往窄一边移动,完成锁扣;对应弹片5.2的装配孔呈方形,弹片5.2扣紧状态下伸入方形装配孔,并抵靠其侧壁;上齿条5由两部分连接而成。
参见图10-12,上滚轮保持架6前后端分别设置有异形缓冲片6.1,缓冲片6.1与上滚轮保持架6为一体成型,撞击时具有可靠的缓冲作用,有效保护上滚轮保持架6,消去因撞击产生的杂音与振动。上滚轮保持架6表面设置四个通孔,通孔左右侧同轴设置凸点,用于装配滚轮c,保证滚轮c不脱出且能自由转动;滚轮c上下外露,其顶部顶靠活动轨1内顶面,底部抵靠中轨2上表面;上滚轮保持架6两侧向下弯折,且每侧弯折的端部装有三个球珠a,球珠a为4mm的塑料球,其保证不脱出且能自由滚动。上滚轮保持架6设置两个,且避开上齿条5设置,分别置于上齿条5的前后端,在规定范围内前后往返移动。
参见图13-15,下滚轮保持架7装配于中轨2内,其由保持前架7.1、下齿条7.2和保持后架7.3装配而成,其中保持前架7.1和保持后架7.3分别装配于下齿条7.2的前后端。下齿条7.2前后端分别凸出有带扣位的上方形柱7.21和带弹块7.22的侧方形柱7.23;保持前架7.1和保持后架7.3的装配口分别设置有上方孔7.11和侧方孔7.13,其中上方形柱7.21插入上方孔7.11内并锁扣,侧方形柱7.23插入侧方孔7.13内,弹块7.22弹入侧方孔7.13上设置的方孔,彼此互相配合,实现连接。保持后架7.3与下齿条7.2采用同样的连接方式。保持前架7.1和下齿条7.2表面设置有齿条,互相装配后形成一条匹配连续的齿条,其与上齿条5分别对应齿轮组件9,其中,A齿轮8.1啮合于保持前架7.1和下齿条7.2装配形成的齿条,B齿轮8.2啮合于上齿条5,使上齿条5与下滚轮保持架7同步或错位运行;保持前架7.1和保持后架7.3的上下左右面分别设置有滚轮d和滚轮d’,上表面和左右面的滚轮分别接触中轨2内壁,下表面的滚轮抵靠于固定轨3上。
参见图16-21,活动轨1和中轨2为底面开放的管状体;其中,活动轨1两侧开口边采用二次折边形成带圆弧的条形凹边1.1,中轨2两侧弯折采用异形凸边形成带圆弧的条形隆起2.1;活动轨1嵌套于中轨2上,上滚轮保持架6上的球珠a置于凹边1.1与隆起2.1之间,且彼此的圆弧面分别与球珠a表面匹配。
阻尼机构4包括缓冲器4.1和固定架4.2;缓冲器4.1通过固定架4.2固定于固定轨3上,缓冲作用力作用于活动轨1上。
参见图22,抽屉闭合时,活动轨1、中轨2和固定轨3上下重叠,抽出抽屉时,活动轨1被推动或者拉动,此时在齿轮组件8与上下齿条的作用下活动轨1和中轨2随时随地同步运行。当受到外力,而且这个力大于一定值,齿轮与上下齿条就错位,此时,只需继续拉活动轨1,至活动轨1拉到头,即全拉出时,双齿轮结构会相对旋转,保证齿轮组件8与上下齿条配合又能够在正确的位置。从而滑轨又可以继续使用的三节同步效果和功能,齿条,齿轮均不易损坏。
上述为本实用新型的优选方案,本领域普通技术人员对其简单的变型或改造,均落在本实用新型的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

1.一种三节同步隐藏滑轨,包括活动轨(1)、中轨(2)、固定轨(3)和阻尼机构(4);其特征在于:活动轨(1)与中轨(2)之间设置有上齿条(5)和带滚轮的上滚轮保持架(6);中轨(2)与固定轨(3)之间设置有分体式带滚轮的下滚轮保持架(7),其表面设置有齿条;上齿条(5)与下滚轮保持架(7)之间啮合有齿轮组件(8),齿轮组件(8)根据作用力的大小,控制活动轨(1)与中轨(2)同步或错位运行;阻尼机构(4)装配在固定轨(3)上。 
2.根据权利要求1所述的三节同步隐藏滑轨,其特征在于:所述齿轮组件(8)由A齿轮(8.1)、B齿轮(8.2)和齿轮架(8.3)组成;A齿轮(8.1)与B齿轮(8.2)采用多边形柱与多边形孔紧密配合装配,当旋转力大于一定值时,B齿轮(8.2)的多边形孔张大,两齿轮打滑转动,当旋转力小于一定值时,两齿轮同步旋转;两齿轮转动装配于齿轮架(8.3)内,且上下往外伸出。 
3.根据权利要求2所述的三节同步隐藏滑轨,其特征在于:所述齿轮架(8.3)贯穿固定于中轨(2)的上表面,A齿轮(8.1)和B齿轮(8.2)上下贯穿,其中,A齿轮(8.1)的下部与下滚轮保持架(7)上的齿条啮合,B齿轮(8.2)的上部与上齿条(5)啮合;两齿轮始终不脱离相应的齿条。 
4.根据权利要求1所述的三节同步隐藏滑轨,其特征在于:所述活动轨(1)内顶面拆卸式装配有上齿条(5);上齿条(5)侧面设置若干锁紧机构,包括固定柱(5.1)和弹片(5.2),活动轨(1)侧面对应设置装配孔,固定柱(5.1)穿过装配孔并扣紧,弹片(5.2)扣紧状态下抵靠装配孔,实现定位;所述上齿条(5)为一体式或分体式。 
5.根据权利要求1所述的三节同步隐藏滑轨,其特征在于:所述上滚轮保持架(6)前后端分别设置有异形缓冲片(6.1),缓冲片(6.1)与上滚轮保持架(6)一体成型或分体装配而成;上滚轮保持架(6)表面设置若干通孔用于装配滚轮(c);滚轮(c)上下外露,其顶部顶靠活动轨(1)内顶面,底部抵靠中轨(2)上表面;上滚轮保持架(6)两侧向下弯折,且弯折的端部装有球珠(a)。 
6.根据权利要求5所述的三节同步隐藏滑轨,其特征在于:所述上滚轮 保持架(6)至少设置两个,且避开上齿条(5)设置,分别置于上齿条(5)的前后端,在规定范围内前后往返移动。 
7.根据权利要求1所述的三节同步隐藏滑轨,其特征在于:所述下滚轮保持架(7)装配于中轨(2)内,其由保持前架(7.1)、下齿条(7.2)和保持后架(7.3)装配而成,其中保持前架(7.1)和保持后架(7.3)分别装配于下齿条(7.2)的前后端;保持前架(7.1)和下齿条(7.2)表面设置有齿条,互相装配后形成一条匹配连续的齿条,其与上齿条(5)分别对应齿轮组件(8);保持前架(7.1)和保持后架(7.2)的上下左右面分别设置有滚轮,上表面和左右面的滚轮分别接触中轨(2)内壁,下表面的滚轮抵靠于固定轨(3)上。 
8.根据权利要求1所述的三节同步隐藏滑轨,其特征在于:所述活动轨(1)和中轨(2)为底面开放的管状体;其中,活动轨(1)两侧开口边采用二次折边形成带圆弧的条形凹边(1.1),中轨(2)两侧弯折采用异形凸边形成带圆弧的条形隆起(2.1);活动轨(1)嵌套于中轨(2)上,上滚轮保持架(6)上的球珠(a)置于凹边(1.1)与隆起(2.1)之间,且彼此的圆弧面分别与球珠(a)表面匹配。 
9.根据权利要求1所述的三节同步隐藏滑轨,其特征在于:所述阻尼机构(4)包括缓冲器(4.1)和固定架(4.2);缓冲器(4.1)通过固定架(4.2)固定于固定轨(3)上,缓冲作用力作用于活动轨(1)上。 
10.根据权利要求1-9任一项所述的三节同步隐藏滑轨,其特征在于:滑轨对称设置于柜腔两侧,其通过固定轨(3)上的装配孔(3.1)实现固定,活动轨(1)与抽屉连接。
