本实用新型属于电业工具技术领域,特别涉及一种对接式异型线夹。
背景技术
早期的变电站一次陈旧设备不断更新,逐步被先进的设备所代替,在更换一次设备的同时,间隔内设备之间的引线也被更换,由于更换间隔内的设备引线时考虑到以后所带负荷,往往增加导线截面,这样就造成一次设备间隔内的引线比该间隔的线路侧引线截面大一些,如变电站内该间隔内的引线截面为LGJX-300/25,而线路侧却是LGJX-240/25,这样使两种型号的导线相连接的方法只能靠异型线夹来实现。而异型线夹接触面较小、时常发热,且安装繁琐,连接后300导线和240导线为一平行线,不够美观。

本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种对接式异型线夹。
为了达到上述设计目的,本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种对接式异型线夹,包括线夹本体、加强区、压口,所述线夹本体由圆柱型铝锭制成,所述线夹本体中间位置设有加强区,所述线夹本体两端均开设有压口。
本实用新型有益效果:线夹本体中间位置设置的加强区可保障对接式线夹的强度,线夹本体两端开设的压口可使需要压接的导线顺利插入,两端的压口可不用在调换液压模具下直接压制,本实用新型结构简单,美观大方,方便快捷,且导电部分接触面可靠。

下面结合附图对本实用新型的具体实施方式做详细描述。如图1所示的:一种对接式异型线夹,包括线夹本体1、加强区2、压口3,所述线夹本体1由圆柱型铝锭制成,所述线夹本体1中间位置设有加强区2,所述线夹本体1两端均开设有压口3。
本实用新型使用时: 将需对接的两种型号的导线各插入线夹本体1两端相应的压口3内,用相应型号模具的液压钳将其压紧,这样两种型号的导线就顺利对接,且对接后为一直线,接触面牢固不易发热,因铝锭直径采用常规的液压型设备线夹SY-300/25型线夹液压的直径,所以在压接对接式异型线夹本体1的两端压口3时只用300的液压模具,不用调换液压模具,方便快捷。
