技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种溶铜槽,准确的说是涉及一种旋流进液的溶铜槽。
背景技术
目前,工业生产过程中产生的废铜、杂铜主要采用湿法工艺进行回收处理。湿法工艺是中最重要的工序就是利用硫酸溶液将废杂铜溶解,但铜物料和硫酸溶液的直接反应是个很缓慢的过程,而且硫酸溶液直接与铜物料反应会生产大量的二氧化硫,会严重污染空气。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是:提供一种结构简单、污染小、溶铜效率高的旋流进液的溶铜槽。
本实用新型的技术方案是:一种旋流进液的溶铜槽,包括槽体和射流泵,所述槽体的顶、底部分别设有循环进、出液口,射流泵的进口通过进液管与槽体底部的循环出液口连接,射流泵的出口通过出液管与槽体顶部的循环进液口相连,在该出液管靠近循环进液口的管壁上设有空气进口,在槽体内设有与所述循环进液口连接的旋流喷头,该旋流喷头包括水平设置的弧形弯管,在弧形弯管的下部相间的设有若干垂直喷嘴和旋流喷嘴,所述垂直喷嘴的喷口垂直朝下设置,所述旋流喷嘴的喷口与所述弧形弯管的直径之间的夹角大于45°、小于135°。
所述各旋流喷嘴的喷口均朝下是弧形弯管的切线方向。
本实用新型的旋流进液的溶铜槽通过射流泵将一部分酸液从溶铜槽底抽出再通过旋流喷头重新喷入槽中,使酸液形成循环流动,酸液喷入槽内的同时吸入空气,使空气中的氧气参与到溶铜过程中,避免了二氧化硫气体的生产,而且,从旋流喷头喷入的酸液一部分通过旋流喷嘴高速喷出,驱动溶液在槽内螺旋流动形成漩涡,一部分通过垂直喷嘴高速喷射到槽体底部形成扩散,加快了气液混合,使空气在溶液中分布更均匀,增大了铜原料与空气的接触面积,有效提高的溶铜效率。

具体实施方式
本实用新型的旋流进液的溶铜槽的具体实施例如图1、图2所示,该溶铜槽包括竖直设置的槽体1和射流泵2,在槽体1的顶底部分别设有循环进、出液口,射流泵2的进口通过进液管3与槽体1底部的循环出液口连接,射流泵2的出口通过出液管4与槽体1顶部的循环进液口相连,在出液管4靠近槽体1顶部循环进液口的管壁上设有空气进口5。在槽体1内设有与其顶部的循环进液口连接的旋流喷头6,该旋流喷头6包括水平设置的弧形弯管7,在弧形弯管7的下部间隔的设有若干垂直喷嘴9和旋流喷嘴8,各垂直喷嘴9与旋流喷嘴8相间布设,其中,各垂直喷嘴9的喷口垂直朝下喷射,各旋流喷嘴8的喷口与弧形弯管6的直径之间的夹角大于45°、小于135°,其最优化的设置是旋流喷嘴9的喷口是沿弧形弯管6的切线方向喷射。
使用时,射流泵将溶液从溶铜槽的底部抽出后通过管道送往溶铜槽顶部的循环进液口,溶液在管道内高速流动的同时通过空气进口吸入空气并经旋流喷头喷射到溶铜槽内,由于空气中的氧气参与到溶铜反应中,因此铜物料、酸液和氧气同时反应生产硫酸铜和水,从而有效避免了二氧化硫气体的产生,解决了现有湿法溶铜工艺容易污染空气的问题。同时,经旋流喷头进入溶铜槽内的酸液一部分通过垂直喷嘴高速喷射到槽体底部形成扩散,加快了气液混合,使空气在溶液中分布更均匀,增大了铜原料与空气的接触面积,有效提高的溶铜效率。

1.一种旋流进液的溶铜槽,包括槽体和射流泵,其特征在于,所述槽体的顶、底部分别设有循环进、出液口,射流泵的进口通过进液管与槽体底部的循环出液口连接,射流泵的出口通过出液管与槽体顶部的循环进液口相连,在该出液管靠近循环进液口的管壁上设有空气进口,在槽体内设有与所述循环进液口连接的旋流喷头,该旋流喷头包括水平设置的弧形弯管,在弧形弯管的下部相间的设有若干垂直喷嘴和旋流喷嘴,所述垂直喷嘴的喷口垂直朝下设置,所述旋流喷嘴的喷口与所述弧形弯管的直径之间的夹角大于45°、小于135°。
2.根据权利要求1所述的旋流进液的溶铜槽,其特征在于,所述各旋流喷嘴的喷口均朝下是弧形弯管的切线方向。
