Abstract
本实用新型提供了一种塞棒干燥支撑器，包括支撑棒，支撑板的外径略小于塞棒内孔的内径，支撑棒长度大于等于塞棒长度，支撑棒一端连接有底盘，底盘为圆形，底盘半径大于等于塞棒的半径。本实用新型通过在塞棒内孔增加一个支撑板，避免了塞棒在烘烤过程中发生弯曲现象，从而延长了塞棒的使用寿命。并且，给支撑棒增加一个底盘，方便支撑板从塞棒内孔中插入和抽出，底盘的半径大于等于塞棒的半径，方便工人夹取。

背景技术
整体塞棒是连铸用功能耐火材料之一，主要用于中间包，起开闭作用，控制塞棒头部至中间包水口的位置来调节进入结晶器钢水的流量，还可以通过整体塞棒的吹氩孔，向中间包水口吹氩，以防止水口堵塞。而塞棒在干燥房干燥时，由于需要除去成型坯体中的结合水、游离水及其它易挥发物质，使其烧结易于进行并达到良好的烧结质量，需要较长烘烤时间，此过程出现了部分塞棒棒身弯曲的问题，使塞棒的使用寿命降低了40%，在生产条件苛刻、钢水纯度及其性能要求较高的情况下，其寿命可能降低60%，并使其在使用时的控流效果明显降低，甚至给炼钢时带来质量和生产安全问题。
实用新型内容
本实用新型为了解决塞棒加热过程中容易弯曲的问题，提供了一种塞棒干燥支撑器，可以有效延长塞棒的使用寿命。
本实用新型包括用于插入塞棒内孔的支撑棒，支撑板的外径略小于塞棒内孔的内径，支撑棒一端连接有底盘。通过在塞棒内孔增加一个支撑板，避免了塞棒在烘烤过程中发生弯曲现象，从而延长了塞棒的使用寿命。
进一步改进，支撑棒通过焊接与底盘相连，底盘为圆形，底盘半径大于等于塞棒的半径。给支撑棒增加一个底盘，方便支撑板从塞棒内孔中插入和抽出，底盘的半径大于等于塞棒的半径，方便工人夹取。
进一步改进，支撑棒长度大于等于塞棒长度，起到更好的支撑效果。

本实用新型结构如图1所示，包括支撑棒，支撑板的外径略小于塞棒内孔的内径，支撑棒长度大于等于塞棒（如图2所示）长度，支撑棒一端连接有底盘，底盘为圆形，底盘半径大于等于塞棒的半径。
当塞棒进行烘烤前，将支撑板插入塞棒的内孔中（如图3所示），避免了塞棒在烘烤过程中繁盛弯曲现象，从而延长了塞棒的使用寿命。
烘烤完成后，使用夹具夹住底盘，将支撑棒拔出，使用方便。
本实用新型具体应用途径很多，以上所述仅是本实用新型的优选实施方式，应当指出，对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说，在不脱离本实用新型原理的前提下，还可以作出若干改进，这些改进也应视为本实用新型的保护范围。
