Abstract

本实用新型属于使用炭包做正极的锂-二氧化锰电池领域;特别是电池正极的集流体及其正极。锂-二氧化锰电池的正极集流体,其特征在于,由铝拉伸网形成的圆筒作为集流体主体,和牢固焊接到集流体主体上作为极耳的不锈钢带形成正极集流体。上述锂-二氧化锰电池的正极集流体嵌入炭包中形成锂-二氧化锰电池的正极。与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是,由于铝导电性好,电阻率比普通石墨小240~1200倍左右,网状结构的铝拉伸网与炭包的接触面积也相对较大,而体积相对较小,且在炭包中的随性较好,制成的电池内阻相对较小;且由于集流体体积减小,而增加了容纳活性物质的空间,增加了同型号电池的容量。

本实用新型属于使用炭包做正极的锂-二氧化锰电池领域;特别是电池正极的集流体及其正极。 
背景技术
锂-二氧化锰的炭包正极需要用碳条做集流体,由于实心的碳条在炭包中所占体积较大,而与正极接触的面积相对较小,影响集流效果,造成电池内阻增加。 
发明内容
本实用新型旨在克服现有技术的不足,提供一种锂-二氧化锰电池的正极集流体及其正极。 
锂-二氧化锰电池的正极集流体,其特征在于,由铝拉伸网形成的圆筒作为集流体主体1,和牢固焊接到集流体主体上作为极耳的不锈钢带2形成正极集流体。 
上述锂-二氧化锰电池的正极集流体嵌入炭包中形成锂-二氧化锰电池的正极。 
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是,由于铝导电性好,电阻率比普通石墨小240~1200倍左右,网状结构的铝拉伸网与炭包的接触面积也相对较大,而体积相对较小,且在炭包中的随性较好,制成的电池内阻相对较小;且由于集流体体积减小,而增加了容纳活性物质的空间,增加了同型号电池的容量。

具体实施方式
参见图1,锂-二氧化锰电池的正极集流体3,其特征在于,由铝拉伸网形成的圆筒作为集流体主体1和牢固焊接到集流体主体上作为极耳2的不锈钢带组成。 
所述的铝拉伸网孔径3mm×3mm。 
所述的不锈钢带厚0.1mm,宽3mm。 
参见图2,上述锂-二氧化锰电池的正极集流体3嵌入炭包4中形成锂-二氧化锰电池的正极。 
在压制炭包时,先将铝集流网置于模具中,再将正极(二氧化锰)粉料装入模具,放在振动台上震实后,压制成型即可。 
两种同型号不同集流体电池的放电结果列表比较(CR14505)如下表所示,可见集流体为铝拉伸网的电池容量明显得到提升。

1.锂-二氧化锰电池的正极集流体,其特征在于,由铝拉伸网形成的圆筒作为集流体主体和牢固焊接到集流体主体上作为极耳的不锈钢带组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的锂-二氧化锰电池的正极集流体,其特征在于,所述的铝拉伸网孔径3 mm×3mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的锂-二氧化锰电池的正极集流体,其特征在于,所述的不锈钢带厚0.1mm,宽3mm。
4.锂-二氧化锰电池的正极,其特征在于,由权1~3任意一项所述正极集流体嵌入炭包中形成。
