现在的消防领域中，高层建筑灭火时，消防水带由消防员手提到高层，水带使用接口对接后从高层建筑窗口放下，使用完毕，消防员再把水带拉到高层建筑上收起。这种人力铺设、收放水带的方式既浪费时间又浪费体力，大大降低了消防员的作战效率。

本实用新型为实现上述目的所采用的技术方案是：一种水带收放器，包括外卡（1）、挡板（2）、滑轮（3）和内卡（4），外卡（1）安装在挡板（2）的后端，滑轮（3）连接在左右两挡板（2）之间，内卡（4）安装在挡板（2）的前端。
