[0002]目前,端子和蓄电池盖的密封都是采用胶封技术:先将电池端子穿过蓄电池盖上的端子孔,再将螺旋压紧环、密封圈套在蓄电池端子上,然后旋紧螺旋压紧环压缩极柱密封圈,使得密封圈封紧端子,再用环氧树脂密封胶填充端子、密封圈、压紧环及端子孔形成的空间,从而构成蓄电池端子的密封装置。
[0003] 但是,现有技术中存在以下缺点:1、蓄电池端子与极耳熔融焊接时容易造成假焊、虚焊,严重影响产品质量,造成产品报废。2、环氧树脂密封胶的有害成分污染环境,刺激生产工人皮肤,危害身体健康。3、环氧树脂胶较长的固化时间导致蓄电池的生产的周期增长。
发明内容
[0004] 为了解决上述弊端,本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种蓄电池端子,能够简化生产工艺、提高产品质量、缩短生产周期、减小环境污染。为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用的技术方案是,一种蓄电池端子,包括镶嵌在铅本体中的铜嵌件、密封圈,其特征在于,所述铜嵌件上部分设有螺纹;所述铅本体上设有环形凸台,环形凸台的上端面上设有半圆形凹槽,所述密封圈下端面设有半圆形凸台,所述半圆形凹槽与半圆形凸台对应吻合;所述铅本体设有梳齿状的连接装置,极板极耳插入在连接装置的梳齿之间,每个梳齿的两侧设置为倒角结构。
[0005] 采用上述技术方案,由于梳齿两边设计成倒角,极耳插入梳齿后的极耳与梳齿之间形成了一个倒三角的空隙,焊接时火焰可通过两边倒三角的空隙直接达到底部,焊接深度增加,焊接更彻底,同时增大了极耳与梳齿的熔合面积,从而杜绝了假焊和虚焊的现象。再者,熔合面积的增大也就是增加了极耳与汇流端子排的导电面积,从而降低了整个蓄电池的内阻,提高了蓄电池的充电接受能力,延长了蓄电池的寿命;端子和蓄电池盖通过密封圈、盖面螺母紧压在一起,使得整个蓄电池端子的密封不再使用环氧树脂胶,改善了环境;而且端子和蓄电池盖压紧后马上可以加酸充电,不需要再等12小时以上,缩短了生产周期,提高了生产效率;同时其结构简单,便于操作。
