[0017] 使用时,将纱线先经过锭子,从锭子引出后,经过导丝凸轮,再经过卷取筒到达卷绕筒,启动动力装置的主电机,主电机带动锭子转动,使纱线产生捻度,通过减速装置将速度减小,再驱动导丝机构的导丝凸轮进行往复运动,使纱线来回运动,驱动电机运动,驱动卷取轴,再带动卷取筒转动,从而带动卷绕筒转动,使卷绕筒收取纱线,通过编程控制器控制电机控制器,电机控制器控制驱动电机产生速度变化,纱线在锭子停留的时间发生变化,从而使卷绕筒收取的纱线捻度发生变化,实现纱线色泽的变化效果。

1.一种纱线变捻度倍捻机,包括主机架和齿轮板,齿轮板与主机架固定连接,其特征是,所述的主机架上设有动力装置和锭子,所述的动力装置与主机架固定连接,所述的齿轮板的下端设有减速装置,所述的减速装置与齿轮板固定连接,所述的动力装置与减速装置之间设有龙带,所述的龙带与锭子搭接,所述的龙带与减速装置连接,所述的齿轮板的中部设有导丝机构,所述的导丝机构与齿轮板固定连接,所述的齿轮板的上端固定有捻度变换装置,所述的捻度变换装置连接有纱线收取装置,所述的纱线收取装置与捻度变换装置传动连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的纱线变捻度倍捻机,其特征是,所述的捻度变换装置包括驱动电机,所述的驱动电机与齿轮板固定连接,所述的驱动电机连接有电机控制器,所述的电机控制器与驱动电机电连接,所述的电机控制器连接有编程控制器,所述的编程控制器与电机控制器电连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的纱线变捻度倍捻机,其特征是,所述的驱动电机输出端连接有卷取轴,所述的卷取轴与齿轮板转动连接,所述的卷取轴通过卷取齿轮与驱动电机连接。
4.根据权利要求3所述的纱线变捻度倍捻机,其特征是,所述的卷取装置包括卷取筒和卷绕筒,所述的卷取筒与卷绕筒贴合,所述的卷取筒与卷取轴固定连接,所述的卷绕筒上设有卷绕架,所述的卷绕架与主机架固定连接。
5.根据权利要求4所述的纱线变捻度倍捻机,其特征是,所述的导丝机构包括导丝凸轮,所述的导丝凸轮连接有差微齿轮,所述的差微齿轮连接有差微凸轮,所述的差微齿轮和差微凸轮均与齿轮板转动连接。
6.根据权利要求1-5任意一项所述的纱线变捻度倍捻机,其特征是,所述的减速装置包括蜗轮箱,蜗轮箱内部设有蜗轮蜗杆机构,所述的蜗轮箱输入端设有蜗轮箱带轮,所述的龙带套设在蜗轮箱带轮外部,所述的蜗轮箱输出端设有导丝齿轮组,所述的导丝齿轮组与齿轮板转动连接。
7.根据权利要求1-5任意一项所述的纱线变捻度倍捻机,其特征是,所述的动力装置包括主电机,所述的主电机与主机架固定连接,所述的主电机输出轴上设有电机带轮,所述的龙带套设在电机带轮外部。
8.根据权利要求3所述的纱线变捻度倍捻机,其特征是,所述的驱动电机为驱动电机或步进电机或变频三相电机。
