一种配电箱简易门轴，采用弹性条对折制作，将弹性条制成下撑段、转轴段、上撑段及插装段，下撑段、转轴段、上撑段及插装段均为镜像对称对折的弹性条，其中插装段为弹性条开口折叠后的重合段。
而且，所述下撑段、上撑段均为外撑形式。

1、本简易门轴采用弹性条并将弹性条制成下撑段、转轴段、上撑段及插装段，利用上撑段插入导向套内并撑开，实现了箱体的导向套与箱门导向套的同轴连接，连接快速可靠。

本实用新型建议门轴6的使用参见图1，利用插装段撑小并插装入箱2的下导向套5、箱门1的导向套4及箱体的上导向套3，上撑段插过上导向套后撑开，实现了箱体的导向套与箱门导向套的同轴连接，连接快速可靠。
