Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种带有托轮的下铰链，包括铰链体、铰链侧骨架、托轮、铰链轴及螺钉孔，铰链轴和螺钉孔分别设置在铰链体上，铰链侧骨架与铰链体为一体式结构并构成U形体。本实用新型可以把门体的重量通过铰链转移给地面，防止门体一端下坠，关门后密封严密，起到节能作用，产品结构简单，成本低且寿命长。

本实用新型涉及一种门铰链装置，具体涉及一种带有托轮的下铰链。
背景技术
目前，市场上很多酒柜及立式展示柜的门体非常重，特别是大型单门酒柜，门体过重造成下铰链负荷过大，门体的另一端会出现下坠及门缝条闭合不严现象，这样既影响了铰链寿命又影响了整体美观及增大箱内热负荷，造成能源浪费。
发明内容
本实用新型克服现有技术的不足，提出了一种带有托轮的下铰链，所述铰链可以把门体的重量通过铰链转移给地面，托轮可以托住门体防止门体一端下坠，当门体闭合时可以通过门体与托轮的配合使门封条与箱体紧密贴合，防止漏冷，该铰链结构简单，成本低且寿命长。
本实用新型的技术方案为：带有托轮的下铰链，包括铰链体、铰链侧骨架、托轮、铰链轴及螺钉孔，铰链轴和螺钉孔分别设置在铰链体上，铰链侧骨架与铰链体为一体式结构并构成U形体。

以下结合附图和具体实施方式进一步说明本实用新型。
参照图1和图2所示，本实用新型包括铰链体1、铰链侧骨架、托轮4、铰链轴6及螺钉孔2，铰链轴6和螺钉孔2分别设置在铰链体1上，铰链侧骨架与铰链体1为一体式结构并构成U形体。图2所示，铰链侧骨架分为铰链左侧骨架3和铰链右侧骨架5，通过钣金折弯完成的，对铰链体1起到加强作用，托轮4、铰链轴6及三个螺钉孔2，图1所示为铰链整体安装示意图，图中包括门体7、箱体8及下铰链；铰链轴6与门体下方的圆孔配合固定，通过铰链上的螺钉孔2把铰链与箱体用螺钉牢固固定，酒柜或立式展示柜正常使用中，铰链左侧骨架3和铰链右侧骨架5的底边直接与地面接触，这样门体的重量就转移到地面上，不用担心门体过重对下铰链造成损害或门体整体下坠问题，托轮4托住门体7的下方端档，一方面防止门体一端下坠，另一方面当门体7闭合时可以通过门体7与托轮4的配合使门封条与箱体紧密贴合，防止漏冷，起到节能的作用。

1.带有托轮的下铰链，其特征是：包括铰链体、铰链侧骨架、托轮、铰链轴及螺钉孔，铰链轴和螺钉孔分别设置在铰链体上，铰链侧骨架与铰链体为一体式结构并构成U形体。
