U形导电母条,其特征是:导电母条的截面为U形沟槽,左侧边(1)为梯形,右侧边(3)也为梯形,底部为平底,左侧边(1)与右侧边(3)以平底的垂直平分线为轴对称设置。极板(2)落入U形沟槽后,极板的两侧边分别与U形槽的两侧边槽接触,不仅大大增加了极板与导电母条间的接触面积,而且极板被牢牢卡在沟槽内无法滑移,从根本上解决了化成过程中极板与导电母条接触不良的问题,从而大大减低了极板化成的废次品率,达到了意料不到的效果。本实用新形能实现不焊接极板化成的良好接触。

技术领域
本发明创造涉及蓄电池,具体涉及一种U形导电母条,用于蓄电池不焊接极板化成。 
背景技术
在极板不焊接化成中,导电母条与极板的接触尤为重要。由于传统的导电母条设计其截面是梯形的(如图1,1为梯形导电母条,2为极板),极板与导电母条接触方式为:一点接触。这样很容易产生接触不良,造成极板烧伤或化成不完全呈“白花”,导致极板化成废次品率偏高。 
发明内容
本发明创造要解决的技术问题是提供一种能提高化成效果,提高产品质量,降低了极板化成的废次品率的U形导电母条。 
本发明创造的技术方案为:U形导电母条,其特征是:导电母条的截面为U形沟槽,左侧边为梯形,右侧边也为梯形,底部为平底,左侧边与右侧边以平底的垂直平分线为轴对称设置。极板落入U形沟槽后,极板的两侧边分别与U形槽的两侧边槽接触,不仅大大增加了极板与导电母条间的接触面积,而且极板被牢牢卡在沟槽内无法滑移,从根本上解决了化成过程中极板与导电母条接触不良的问题,从而大大减低了极板化成的废次品率,达到了意料不到的效果。 
本实用新形能实现不焊接极板化成的良好接触,从而提高化成效果,提高产品质量,降低了极板化成的废次品率。

现有导电母条为U形沟槽设计,如图2所示:U形导电母条,其特征是:导电母条的截面为U形沟槽,左侧边1为梯形,右侧边3也为梯形,底部为平底,左侧边1与右侧边3以平底的垂直平分线为轴对称设置。极板2落入U形沟槽后,极板的两侧边分别与U形槽的两侧边槽接触,不仅大大增加了极板与导电母条间的接触面积,而且极板被牢牢卡在沟槽内无法滑移,从根本上解决了化成过程中极板与导电母条接触不良的问题,从而大大减低了极板化成的废次品率,达到了意料不到的效果。
