现在的大锅灶，普遍只有炒菜的功能，而在一些大、中型食堂、学校，食堂既要炒菜、煮饭又要承担烧开水、煮稀饭等，这样一个普通的大锅灶就不能满足他们的需求，他们就必须同时开两三个炉子同时进行工作这样占用场地空间大，能源消耗也大。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种能源利用效率高、一炉多用、占用场地小的蒸汽炒菜一体灶。
为解决上述的技术问题，本实用新型采用以下技术方案：一种蒸汽炒菜一体灶，包括环形水箱，在环形水箱上方有蒸汽出口、锅支撑块，炒菜锅放在锅支撑块上方，环形水箱下方有出水口、进水口，进水口上有一个电磁阀，在环形水箱侧面有水位计、水位传感器，在环形水箱内有一个燃烧器，在环形水箱1下方有脚架。
采用上述技术方案的蒸汽炒菜一体灶，在环形水箱下方有出水口、进水口，进水口上有一个电磁阀，水位传感器控制电磁阀开关，电磁阀开启水从进水口注入到环形水箱中。当水位低于水位传感器的高度电磁阀开启，当水位高于水位传感器的高度电磁阀关闭。将燃烧器固定在环形水箱内，燃烧器在环形水箱内燃烧，所产生的高温火焰直接对炒菜锅底进行加热，同时一部分火焰也环形水箱内壁进行加热，环形水箱内壁加热环形水箱中的水产生常压蒸汽，蒸汽从环形水箱上方的蒸汽出口排出。烟气通过锅支撑块和炒菜锅之间的空隙排出。本实用新型通过利用燃烧器在环形水箱内燃烧，所产生的高温火焰直接对炒菜锅底进行加热，同时一部分火焰也环形水箱内壁进行加热，环形水箱内壁加热环形水箱中的水，产生常压蒸汽。采用本实用新型技术方案具有同时进行炒菜、产生蒸汽，产生的蒸汽可以用来煮饭和加热其他食物，使蒸汽炒菜一体灶的热效率比传统灶大幅提高。

参见图1，包括环形水箱1，在环形水箱1上方有蒸汽出口4、锅支撑块10，炒菜锅11放在锅支撑块10上方，环形水箱1下方有出水口3、进水口2，进水口2上有一个电磁阀7，在环形水箱1侧面有水位计5、水位传感器6，在环形水箱1内有一个燃烧器8，在环形水箱1下方有脚架9。
在环形水箱1下方有出水口3、进水口2，进水口2上有一个电磁阀7，水位传感器6控制电磁阀7开关，电磁阀7开启水从进水口2注入到环形水箱1中。当水位低于水位传感器6的高度电磁阀7打开，当水位高于水位传感器6的高度电磁阀7关闭。将燃烧器8固定在环形水箱1内，燃烧器8在环形水箱1内燃烧，所产生的高温火焰直接对炒菜锅11底进行加热，同时一部分火焰也对环形水箱1内壁进行加热，环形水箱1内壁加热环形水箱1中的水，产生常压蒸汽，蒸汽从环形水箱1上方的蒸汽出口4排出。烟气通过锅支撑块10和炒菜锅11之间的空隙排出。
