背景技术
钢带聚乙烯复合管 是以冷轧钢带卷绕焊接后形成的柱状骨架,再在其骨架上热成型热塑性塑料复合而成的复合管材,由于引入增强骨架,管材的耐压强度显著提高,选用不同种类和牌号的热塑性塑料可以生产不同用途的复合管材,其按用途分为:给水用、埋地燃气用、热水用、化工用和特殊用数种用途。这种钢带增强管在使用过程中存在上述的优点,但其还存在质量较重、成本较高的问题。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是,提供一种即可保证聚乙烯复合管的耐压性又可降低成本与重量的钢带增强聚乙烯复合管,可以克服现有技术的不足。
本发明的技术方案是:钢带增强聚乙烯复合管,它包括钢管,钢管的数量为两根以上,两根以上的钢管间隔排布,并在间隔排布的钢管四周注塑有复合热塑性材料。
