技术领域
本实用新型属电梯设备技术领域，尤其涉及一种将轿顶轮挡绳装置和护栏横梁做成一体的多用轿顶轮挡绳装置。
背景技术
根据GB7588-2003中的8.13.3条、9.7.1条，规定了轿顶上护栏的设置及轿顶轮挡绳装置的设置。对于双轿顶轮的，机房无抗绳轮的有机房电梯结构，上梁两端固定护栏横梁和挡绳装置的空间有限，无法进行安装，给执行该规定带来了一定的困难。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是把轿顶轮挡绳装置和护栏横梁做成一体装置，这样在上梁两端固定护栏横梁和挡绳装置的有限空间内安装一体装置即可，即节省材料，又便于安装、调节。本实用新型的目的所采取的技术方案是：一种多用轿顶轮挡绳装置，包括有上梁、上梁斜板及轿顶轮其特征在于：上梁斜板与轿顶轮之间的上梁上焊接固定一轿顶轮挡绳装置，轿顶轮挡绳装置上焊接固定在上梁上，轿顶轮挡绳装置上利用螺栓固定侧护栏。
本实用新型实现了挡绳装置的功能，又可以当作护栏横梁使用。

参照附图，一种多用轿顶轮挡绳装置，包括有上梁1、上梁斜板2及轿顶轮3其特征在于：上梁斜板2与轿顶轮3之间的上梁1上焊接固定一轿顶轮挡绳装置5，轿顶轮挡绳装置5上焊接固定在上梁1上，轿顶轮挡绳装置5上利用螺栓6固定侧护栏4。所述的轿顶轮挡绳装置5可采用槽钢制成。
由图可以看出轿顶轮3离上梁斜板2已经很近了，如果此时这个有限的空间即安装轿顶轮挡绳装置又安装护栏横梁很困难。而按图把轿顶轮挡绳装置5和侧护栏4做成一体装置，就可以解决上述问题，即像图示实现了挡绳装置的功能，又可以当作护栏横梁使用。

1.一种多用轿顶轮挡绳装置，包括有上梁（1）、上梁斜板（2）及轿顶轮（3）其特征在于：上梁斜板（2）与轿顶轮（3）之间的上梁（1）上焊接固定一轿顶轮挡绳装置（5），轿顶轮挡绳装置（5）上焊接固定在上梁（1）上，轿顶轮挡绳装置（5）上利用螺栓（6）固定侧护栏（4）。
