背景技术
葡萄酒瓶卸垛机的工作原理是利用压缩空气挤压气包，夹动每层每排酒瓶提升移动至链道平台，放气后机器提升，进入下一轮回。各公司为节约运费和包装成本，目前酒瓶包装都设定为七层。包装高度超过了卸垛机设计高度。需要人工卸下第一层，费时费力。包装过高制约了上瓶速度，过高的瓶层(整体高2.3米)由于操作者身高不够，造成每条气包下落至每排瓶缝时不准确，需人工站在梯子上整理，工作效率低、耗时长、造成生产不能连续。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的不足，而提供一种结构简单，连续工作，无需操作者站在梯子上再整理的一种通过沉降于地面下的卸垛机改造升降装置。
为实现上述发明目的，本实用新型所述的一种通过沉降于地面下的卸垛机改造升降装置，包括地坑、液压升降平台、升降柱及挤压式气包，其特征在于：所述的液压升降平台置于地坑内，所述的地坑深度为1.2米；所述的升降柱安装在地面上，所述的挤压式气包，水平安装在升降柱上。
本实用新型是利用过高的包装降低于地面以下一部分，利用液压升降调整每层酒瓶的高度置于操作者方便的位置，使操作者操作方便、准确、快捷的及时剥离包装物，移除每层酒瓶；从而保证了上瓶速度、成本低、效率高、耗时短。
本实用新型其具有：制造成本低，操作简单，减少操作者的劳动强度，使上瓶速度加快，节约时间和成本，大大提高了工作效率的优点。
