Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种卧式脱水器,包括罐体、进气管、出气管、多孔管和分子筛,罐体横置,进气管设置在罐体的一侧,出气管设置在罐体的另一侧,多孔管横置,多孔管包括第一多孔管和第二多孔管,第一多孔管与进气管连通,第二多孔管与出气管连通,第一多孔管与第二多孔管间隔设置,分子筛横置在罐体内部。由于罐体、多孔管、分子筛均横置,形成卧式结构,降低了自身的高度,方便了运输和组撬,并且,采用第一多孔管和第二多孔管,第一多孔管与进气管连通,第二多孔管与出气管连通,第一多孔管与第二多孔管间隔内置在分子筛中,这种方式设置的多孔管可以引导气流在整个分子筛的床层中均匀分布,可有效提高吸附剂的使用率,减少吸附剂的使用量。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及脱水器技术领域,尤其涉及一种卧式脱水器。
背景技术
从井场采出的天然气、页岩气、煤层气通常含有大量水分,在经过气液分离器简单分离了游离水之后,根据下游的装置的需要,往往要进行更深一步脱水,以降低水露点。通常在气量较小的情况下,为了安装和操作方便,脱水器采用橇装的分子筛脱水器;在现场吸附脱水,拉回作业基地再生。而目前脱水器都采用立式结构,在很多情况下脱水器比较高,不方便运输和组橇。
因此,如何提供一种卧式脱水器,以方便运输和组撬,是目前本领域技术人员亟待解决的技术问题。
实用新型内容
有鉴于此,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种卧式脱水器,以方便运输和组撬。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型提供如下技术方案:
一种卧式脱水器,包括罐体、进气管、出气管、多孔管和分子筛,其中,所述罐体横置,所述进气管设置在所述罐体的一侧,所述出气管设置在所述罐体的另一侧,所述多孔管横置,所述多孔管包括第一多孔管和第二多孔管,所述第一多孔管与所述进气管连通,所述第二多孔管与所述出气管连通,所述第一多孔管与所述第二多孔管间隔设置,所述分子筛横置在所述罐体内部。
优选的,上述罐体为管状罐体,所述进气管设置在所述罐体的一侧的侧壁上,所述出气管设置在所述罐体的另一侧的侧壁上。
优选的,上述多孔管沿所述罐体的轴向延伸分布。
优选的,上述多孔管的直径为100-500mm。
优选的,上述多孔管上的开孔率为10-80%。
优选的,上述多孔管上的两端的开孔密度大于其中部的开孔密度。
优选的,上述多孔管的外壁包覆有一层丝网。
优选的,上述丝网为80目丝网。
优选的,上述多孔管的内部的气流速度小于3m/s。
优选的,上述多孔管上设置有用于控制气流速度的阀门。

请参考图1,图1为本实用新型实施例提供的卧式脱水器的结构示意图。
本实用新型实施例提供的卧式脱水器,包括罐体、进气管1、出气管2、多孔管和分子筛5,其中,罐体横置,进气管1设置在罐体的一侧,出气管2设置在罐体的另一侧,多孔管横置,多孔管包括第一多孔管3和第二多孔管4,第一多孔管3与进气管1连通,第二多孔管4与出气管2连通,第一多孔管3与第二多孔管4间隔设置,分子筛5横置在罐体内部。由于罐体、多孔管、分子筛5均横置,形成卧式结构,降低了自身的高度,方便了运输和组撬,并且,采用第一多孔管3和第二多孔管4,第一多孔管3与进气管1连通,第二多孔管4与出气管2连通,第一多孔管3与第二多孔管4间隔内置在分子筛5中,结构简单,脱水效率高,并且这种方式设置的多孔管可以引导气流在整个分子筛5的床层中均匀分布,可有效提高吸附剂的使用率,减少吸附剂的使用量,降低成本。
为了进一步优化上述方案,罐体为管状罐体,进气管1设置在罐体的一侧的侧壁上,具体为上侧,出气管2设置在罐体的另一侧的侧壁上,具体可以为下侧,可以提高吸附剂的使用效率。
为了进一步优化上述方案,多孔管沿罐体的轴向延伸分布,可以提高吸附剂的使用效率。
为了进一步优化上述方案,多孔管的直径为100-500mm,使得气流更加均匀稳定的进入和排出,如果直径过大,气流会比较缓慢,不利于脱水,如果直径过小,气流会比较湍急,也不利于脱水。
为了进一步优化上述方案,多孔管上的开孔率为10-80%,控制气流的流动速度和范围。
为了进一步优化上述方案,多孔管上的两端的开孔密度大于其中部的开孔密度,使得气流更多的从两端流通,避免气流进入或者排出时过多的从中部流通,更有利于脱水。
为了进一步优化上述方案,多孔管的外壁包覆有一层丝网,使得气流流动更加均匀。丝网可以为80目丝网。
为了进一步优化上述方案,多孔管的内部的气流速度小于3m/s,有利于脱水。
为了进一步优化上述方案,多孔管上设置有用于控制气流速度的阀门,进一步提高对气流的控制,脱水效果更好。

1.一种卧式脱水器,其特征在于,包括罐体、进气管、出气管、多孔管和分子筛,其中,所述罐体横置,所述进气管设置在所述罐体的一侧,所述出气管设置在所述罐体的另一侧,所述多孔管横置,所述多孔管包括第一多孔管和第二多孔管,所述第一多孔管与所述进气管连通,所述第二多孔管与所述出气管连通,所述第一多孔管与所述第二多孔管间隔设置,所述分子筛横置在所述罐体内部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的卧式脱水器,其特征在于,所述罐体为管状罐体,所述进气管设置在所述罐体的一侧的侧壁上,所述出气管设置在所述罐体的另一侧的侧壁上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的卧式脱水器,其特征在于,所述多孔管沿所述罐体的轴向延伸分布。
4.根据权利要求1所述的卧式脱水器,其特征在于,所述多孔管的直径为100-500mm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的卧式脱水器,其特征在于,所述多孔管上的开孔率为10-80%。
6.根据权利要求5所述的卧式脱水器,其特征在于,所述多孔管上的两端的开孔密度大于其中部的开孔密度。
7.根据权利要求1所述的卧式脱水器,其特征在于,所述多孔管的外壁包覆有一层丝网。
8.根据权利要求7所述的卧式脱水器,其特征在于,所述丝网为80目丝网。
9.根据权利要求1所述的卧式脱水器,其特征在于,所述多孔管的内部的气流速度小于3m/s。
10.根据权利要求1所述的卧式脱水器,其特征在于,所述多孔管上设置有用于控制气流速度的阀门。
