Abstract
本实用新型涉及亲水超滑涂层引尿管。其特征在于,由接头、管体组成,管体通过可变强度加强网编织技术制成,编织层中加入加强丝。通过对管体表面用制备过的复合偶联剂进行预处理,再采用亲水性单体热交联方式在导管表面进行接枝反应,最后对接枝反应后的导管表面进行晾干、烘干制备而成。使其具有一层亲水超滑涂层,管体表面非常润滑,手术过程中操作简便,能够减少组织损伤,出现组织出血、感染等并发症的几率也大为降低,同时还减轻了患者的痛苦。

技术背景
在医疗运用领域,当使用引尿管进入人体时由于普通管体表面润滑性不够,特别容易损伤人体而出现导管回血现,而这样必定会影响医疗效果,并可能增加并发症的发生概率;此外,未经处理的引尿管在使用过程中往往存在摩擦力大的问题,如果引尿管表面润滑性不够,还会增加操作难度,给患者带来痛苦。从而需要对表面进行润滑处理以减少病人痛苦及对病人的伤害,现有涂层一般使用甲基乙基酮作为溶剂,采用单独的UV交联方式,这对环境和造作者容易造成伤害,且成本较高。
实用新型内容
本实用新型为解决上述技术缺点,本实用新型采用以下技术方案:通过对管体表面用制备过的复合偶联剂进行预处理,再采用亲水性单体热交联方式在导管表面进行接枝反应,最后对接枝反应后的导管表面进行晾干、烘干制备而成。使其具有一层亲水超滑涂层。所述的复合偶联剂是将硅烷偶联剂KH-550,T0-80表面活性剂和亲水有机氟溶解在乙醇溶剂中制备而成的。所述的亲水性单体可选用N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮(NVP)、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)、聚乙二醇、聚环氧乙烷、聚乙烯醇等。
本实用新型解决了背景技术中存在的缺陷,减少了溶剂残留量。同时净化了操作环境,避免溶剂污染的可能,同时使引尿管达到优良的使用效果,达到先进医疗器械的要求。

2.根据权利要求1所述引尿管,其特征在于,管体表面有一层亲水超滑涂层。
