为克服现有技术的不足，本实用新型的目的在于提供一种毛巾消毒柜内胆室的组装结构，以解决过去内胆室成品率低的问题。
本实用新型为解决其技术问题采用的技术方案是：
毛巾消毒柜内胆室的组装结构,包括主体以及安装连接在主体左、右两侧的两块侧板，所述主体为凹槽结构，并且其左侧、右侧、前侧均为敞口，所述侧板的上边沿、下边沿、后边沿设置有与侧板匹配的卡槽，所述主体的边沿插入侧板的卡槽内。
进一步，所述主体的上侧面和下侧面的边沿以及两块侧板的前边沿设置有外翻边结构。
进一步，所述卡槽与主体的安装连接位置通过焊接密封。
进一步，所述主体的下侧面呈略微向下倾斜状。
进一步，所述主体的后侧面开有若干透气孔。

参照图1至图4，本实用新型提供了一种毛巾消毒柜内胆室的组装结构,包括主体1以及安装连接在主体1左、右两侧的两块侧板2，所述主体1为凹槽结构，并且其左侧、右侧、前侧均为敞口，所述侧板2的上边沿、下边沿、后边沿设置有与侧板匹配的卡槽3，所述卡槽3是由侧板2的边沿折弯形成，所述主体1的边沿插入侧板2的卡槽3内，并通过焊接将主体1与卡槽3的安装连接位置密封熔合。所述主体1的上侧面和下侧面的边沿以及两块侧板2的前边沿设置有外翻边结构4，外翻边结构4用于与毛巾消毒柜的柜体6配合。
在本实施例中，所述主体1的下侧面呈略微向下倾斜状，便于内胆室内的水流出，避免内胆室积水。
此外，所述主体1的后侧面开有若干透气孔5。
本实用新型采用的毛巾消毒柜内胆室的组装结构，具有设计合理、结构简单、组装方便的优点，有效解决过去消毒柜内胆室成品率低的问题，提高生产效率，有着广阔的应用前景。

1.毛巾消毒柜内胆室的组装结构,其特征在于：包括主体（1）以及安装连接在主体（1）左、右两侧的两块侧板（2），所述主体（1）为凹槽结构，并且其左侧、右侧、前侧均为敞口，所述侧板（2）的上边沿、下边沿、后边沿设置有与侧板（2）匹配的卡槽（3），所述主体（1）的边沿插入侧板的卡槽（3）内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的毛巾消毒柜内胆室的组装结构,其特征在于：所述主体（1）的上侧面和下侧面的边沿以及两块侧板（2）的前边沿设置有外翻边结构（4）。
3.根据权利要求1所述的毛巾消毒柜内胆室的组装结构,其特征在于：所述卡槽（3）与主体（1）的安装连接位置通过焊接密封。
4.根据权利要求1所述的毛巾消毒柜内胆室的组装结构,其特征在于：所述主体（1）的下侧面呈略微向下倾斜状。
