一种简易孔内锥度现场检测装置,包括刻度导向板,刻度导向板下连接有伸缩光源,刻度导向板的导向槽内有导向紧固块,导向紧固块与主尺一端连接,主尺分为对称两部分,之间有连接结,主尺两部分之间有扇形弹性不透光皮。主尺外边上固定有角度调节杆,角度调节杆中装有刀口块。扇形弹性不透光皮一边分别安装在左边主尺上,另一边通过刻度导向板上的下导向槽、导向钉导向,与右边主尺连接。使用时,将简易孔内锥度检测装置放入孔内,使主尺刀口块与孔内锥边接触,人站在扇形弹性不透光皮与伸缩光源相背一侧观测,若有光透过来,则产品锥度不符合要求。本使用新型解决了受人为因素影响,误差大和不能进行现场检测等问题,使用方便。

本实用新型涉及一种检测装置,特别是一种简易孔内锥度现场检测装置。
技术背景
传统测量孔内锥度方法用万能角尺或三坐标测量仪,万能角尺能够进行现场检测,但是受人为因素影响大,误差大,而三坐标测量仪不能进行现场检测,不方便。
发明内容
为了解决上述受人为因素影响,误差大和不能进行现场检测等问题,本实用新型提出了一种简易孔内锥度现场检测装置。
这种简易孔内锥度现场检测装置包括刻度导向板、主尺、连接结、导向紧固块、扇形弹性不透光皮和伸缩光源,其特征在于,刻度导向板下连接有伸缩光源,刻度导向板的导向槽内有导向紧固块,导向紧固块与主尺一端连接,主尺分为对称两部分,之间有连接结,主尺两部分之间有扇形弹性不透光皮。
刻度导向板上有上下两个弧形导向槽,上面的导向槽中安装有导向紧固块,下面的导向槽中安装有扇形弹性不透光皮上沿的导向钉,刻度导向板最上部分有角度刻度。
伸缩光源分为三节,最上面一节内有电源,中部为开关,下部有光源。
主尺外边上固定有角度调节杆,角度调节杆中装有刀口块。
扇形弹性不透光皮一边分别安装在左边主尺上,另一边通过刻度导向板上的下导向槽、导向钉导向,与右边主尺连接。
使用时,根据现场需要测量的孔内锥度,调节主尺上导向紧固块在刻度导向板导的向槽内运动,观测主尺在刻度导向板上指示的角度,到达预期值时,拧紧导向紧固块,展开扇形弹性不透光皮,通过刻度导向板导向槽导向,与主尺另一部分连接,拉伸伸缩光源,开启开关,将简易孔内锥度检测装置放入孔内,使主尺刀口块与孔内锥边接触,人站在扇形弹性不透光皮与伸缩光源相背一侧观测,若有光透过来,则产品锥度不符合要求。
本使用新型解决了受人为因素影响,误差大和不能进行现场检测等问题,且成本低,工艺简单,使用方便。

在图1中, 这种简易孔内锥度现场检测装置包括刻度导向板1、主尺2、连接结3、导向紧固块4、扇形弹性不透光皮5和伸缩光源6,其特征在于,刻度导向板1下连接有伸缩光源6,刻度导向板1导向槽7内有导向紧固块4,导向紧固块4与主尺2一端连接,主尺3分为对称两部分,之间有连接结3,主尺两部分之间有扇形弹性不透光皮5。
刻度导向板上有上下两个弧形导向槽,上导向槽7中安装有导向紧固块4,下导向槽12中安装有扇形弹性不透光皮上沿的导向钉13,刻度导向板1最上部分有角度刻度。
伸缩光源6分为三节,最上面一节内有电源9,中部为开关10,下部有光源。
主尺2外边上固定有角度调节杆11,角度调节杆11中装有刀口块8。
扇形弹性不透光皮5一边分别安装在左边主尺上,另一边通过刻度导向板上的下导向槽12、导向钉13导向,与右边主尺连接。

1. 一种简易孔内锥度现场检测装置,包括刻度导向板、主尺、连接结、导向紧固块、扇形弹性不透光皮和伸缩光源,其特征在于,刻度导向板下连接有伸缩光源,刻度导向板的导向槽内有导向紧固块,导向紧固块与主尺一端连接,主尺分为对称两部分,之间有连接结,主尺两部分之间有扇形弹性不透光皮。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种简易孔内锥度现场检测装置,其特征在于,刻度导向板上有上下两个弧形导向槽,上面的导向槽中安装有导向紧固块,下面的导向槽中安装有扇形弹性不透光皮上沿的导向钉,刻度导向板最上部分有角度刻度。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种简易孔内锥度现场检测装置,其特征在于,伸缩光源分为三节,最上面一节内有电源,中部为开关,下部有光源。
