实现本实用新型目的的技术方案是，一种转向器壳体的密封结构，包括壳体、防护套和卡箍，其特征在于：防护套大端过盈配合在壳体一端周面上的环形槽中，在壳体环形槽的槽底上设有与O型密封圈相配的环形槽，卡箍箍在防护罩大端头的周面上。

具体实施方式： 
现有密封结构密封效果不好的原因，经过分析和720小时的耐盐雾试验结果，其耐盐雾时间较短，需经常更换相关零件，否则导致安全事故的发生。根据上述分析和试验，在防护套3的大端与壳体1环形槽底之间的周面上设置与O型密封圈4相配的环形槽，卡箍2箍在防护套大端的周面上，这种密封结构相对于现有技术，多了一道密封，特别是O型密封圈的变形量大，极大地提高了密封效果。
