具体实施方式: 
经过对现有扭杆的加工工艺的分析和实验研究,现有扭杆的加工工艺是,为了提高扭杆的抗疲劳强度,在扭杆表面进行喷丸,使扭杆的表面形成硬化层结构,提高其抗疲劳性能,但这种喷丸形成的硬化层的抗疲劳强度仍不够理想,导致其寿命较短。
为解决上述寿命短的问题,经试验变喷丸为渗氮,获得了显著效果。 
渗碳氮工艺参数为:离子渗氮层的厚度0.0025-0.0254mm,表面硬度≥49.5HRC,芯部硬度为38HRC max。 
所制成的扭杆的疲劳寿命提高了3倍以上。
