7W功率的MR16LED射灯,包括GU5.3灯头、智能IC电源、MR16灯体、PCB电路板、LED光源和灯面盖,智能IC电源安装固定在GU5.3灯头内,PCB电路板安装固定在MR16灯体上,灯面盖与MR16灯体上部固定连接,GU5.3灯头与MR16灯体固定连接,LED光源电连接固定在PCB电路板上,智能IC电源其电输入端与GU5.3灯头的灯脚电连接,智能IC电源其电输出端与PCB电路板电连接,所述MR16灯体是由导热塑料一体成型的杯状灯体;所述灯面盖为透光率大于94%的磨砂PC材质面盖;所述LED光源是功率总和为7W的高光效、高显色性的LED芯片。
所述GU5.3灯头其灯脚是经过镀镍处理的。

如图1所示本实用新型7W功率的MR16LED射灯,包括一个GU5.3灯头51、一个智能IC电源52、一个MR16灯体53、一块PCB电路板、电连接固定在PCB电路板上的LED光源54和一个灯面盖55,智能IC电源52安装固定在GU5.3灯头内部,MR16灯体53为一个由导热塑料一体成型的杯状灯体,PCB电路板安装固定在MR16灯体53上,LED光源54电连接固定在PCB电路板上,上述灯面盖55与MR16灯体53上部固定连接。
智能IC电源52其电输入端与GU5.3灯头51的灯脚电连接,智能IC电源52其电输出端与PCB电路板电连接。
GU5.3灯头51的灯脚是经过镀镍处理的,以防止灯脚生锈。LED光源54是功率总和为7W的高光效、高显色性的LED芯片。灯面盖55为透光率大于94%的磨砂PC材质面盖。
