本实用新型涉及机械技术领域，具体地说是一种皮带输送机的合流导向装置，合流输送机与皮带输送机的交汇处两侧分别设有防护板，防护板上固定有导向板，导向板呈半圆形结构。本实用新型同现有技术相比，在合流输送机与皮带输送机的交汇处设有带有导向板的防护板，使合流输送机上的行李沿着半圆形的导向板顺利导向到皮带输送机上，使皮带输送机上靠着防护板前进的行李也沿着半圆形导向板顺利传递，从而使两个方向的行李能够运行流畅。

本实用新型涉及机械技术领域，具体地说是一种皮带输送机的合流导向装置。
背景技术
在皮带输送机行李合流区域，由于行李来自不同方向，经常会出现行李分流运行不流畅，或者两个方向的行李在合流时出现撞包、刮包等现象，从而造成整个行李系统的堵塞，物品跟踪丢失等状况。
因此，需要设计一种能够使两个方向的行李运行流畅的皮带输送机的合流导向装置。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是克服现有技术的不足，提供了一种能够使两个方向的行李运行流畅的皮带输送机的合流导向装置。
为了达到上述目的，本实用新型设计了一种皮带输送机的合流导向装置，其特征在于：合流输送机与皮带输送机的交汇处两侧分别设有防护板，防护板上固定有导向板，导向板呈半圆形结构。
所述的防护板与所述的导向板之间采用螺栓固定。
所述的导向板位于防护板的端部。
本实用新型同现有技术相比，在合流输送机与皮带输送机的交汇处设有带有导向板的防护板，使合流输送机上的行李沿着半圆形的导向板顺利导向到皮带输送机上，使皮带输送机上靠着防护板前进的行李也沿着半圆形导向板顺利传递，从而使两个方向的行李能够运行流畅。

现结合附图对本实用新型做进一步描述。
参见图1，本实用新型设计了一种皮带输送机的合流导向装置。合流输送机1与皮带输送机2的交汇处两侧分别设有防护板3，防护板3上固定有导向板4，导向板4呈半圆形结构。
本实用新型中，防护板3与导向板4之间采用螺栓固定。
导向板4位于防护板3的端部。
本实用新型在工作时，当行李从合流输送机1沿合流输送机1护板合流到皮带输送机2时，行李一端接触在导向板4上，由于导向板4是半圆形的，行李沿着半圆形导向板4顺利导向到皮带输送机2上。而皮带输送机2另一方向靠着防护板3前进的行李也会沿着半圆形导向板4顺利传递。从而使两个方向过来的行李都能运行流畅。
本实用新型在合流输送机1与皮带输送机2的交汇处设有带有导向板4的防护板3，使合流输送机1上的行李沿着半圆形的导向板4顺利导向到皮带输送机2上，使皮带输送机2上靠着防护板3前进的行李也沿着半圆形导向板4顺利传递，从而使两个方向的行李能够运行流畅。

1.一种皮带输送机的合流导向装置，其特征在于：合流输送机（1）与皮带输送机（2）的交汇处两侧分别设有防护板（3），防护板（3）上固定有导向板（4），导向板（4）呈半圆形结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种皮带输送机的合流导向装置，其特征在于：所述的防护板（3）与所述的导向板（4）之间采用螺栓固定。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种皮带输送机的合流导向装置，其特征在于：所述的导向板（4）位于防护板（3）的端部。
